Eat Well Italian Food Truck — Restaurant in Halton Hills

10/10/10 Been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally tonight as we were going thru the car wash at 8:48 I decided to go order while my partner went thru the wash. I usually hate going to places right before they close but I didn’t know when I’d get the chance to come try it. The gentleman taking my order was incredibly kind and forgiving of my horrible pronunciation haha. Then when there was an issue in the car wash with a different car, they kept our food hot while I waited. The woman was so so sweet and we laughed and chatted about car washes and all sorts of things. When my partner finally came thru and I got the food, it was so hot I could’ve sworn it came right from the pan. And it was just incredible food. Perfect ratios, perfect cooking, overall amazing. The chicken parm is a dish I try everywhere I go, but NOWHERE has done it this good!! I will 1000% be returning as often as I can. Lovely, amazing people and mouthwatering, filling...

I ordered the veal parm, meatballs and garlic bread with cheese. It was excellent, the meatballs were the best i ever had. I dont know what the cook was cooking when i picked up my order, but it smelled delicious.

From the brief conversation i had with the cook, i could tell he was doing his passion. I will be back. Its nice to see a cook in his element. The best take out in Georgetown. The pasta was cooked to absolute perfection.

I love Italian food and I used to drive into Mississauga to get it. But, dang, I didn't know this was here! The lasagna was apparently the best in the GTA, so I tried it and bang, that zing and depth and sweetness of the sauce was perfect, and it was such a filling meal with the perfect amount of meat and cheese. The veal Parmesan was fantastic and the noodles had a perfect texture. I can't wait to go back for Alfredo...
