Subway — Restaurant in Halton Hills

This store always as a very long wait. We come from out of town to visit my mother and have made it a tradition in picking up some Subs for us to share a lunch. There is only 1 employee at this location even at lunch time. Many times we have seen customers walk out do to the long wait times even a person who order in advance online left when realizing his sub was still not made. We drive an hour to visit my mother and want to spend most of the time with her not at the restaurant. I am usually understanding for one off situations but this is almost every time we visit this store. So we will avoid this store in the future and advise anyone in any kinda of rush do not visit this...

Only giving any stars because the staff are always extremely kind and respectful. But too many times of late, I have come to this location and there has been 1 staff during the lunch hour. Im not sure if its for budget or lack of staffing or a mix of both, but it seems both unfair to the customers aswell as the staff. they have not even a moment to breathe between customers and it leaves customers almost feeling bad. Management here needs to do better to support their staff , it seems unacceptable to have 1 staff on site during the peak...

Subway is a joke , promo still on the radio July 21st , 3 subs for 20$ , until you go there with three starving children to find it's no longer a promo , wow get it right Ohh and the subway club is not a club sandwich as those come with bacon , at Subway you need to pay extra for bacon , but a club has bacon , if not it's just a turkey ham sandwich.
