BEYOND DISGUSTED to say the least … I had money stolen here last night after 1:45am (they close at 2a.m)

I had forgotten my purse on top of the bar when i had left and was not notified that they had it until 10:26am this morning by an employee that told me she found it underneath the bar and was told nothing about it so she took it upon herself to find my information and thankfully was able to contact me.

When i arrived at the pub to pick up my purse all my money was gone ($300) this put me in a state of panic and obviously i am upset. I then asked her to call the owner to look at the cameras because where i was sitting the whole time and where the purse was the whole time was right infront of a camera !

I was told he wouldn’t be in until later & his wife in the back didn’t know how to do it.

I then swapped contact infortmation with the employee and she updated me when he arrived (5:55pm) and she asked him again and i haven’t been able to reach him and he’s failed to reach out to me. I tried to follow up with a phone call and when i asked to speak to him the employee on the phone told me he wasn’t there, when i told her other wise she said “oh hold on” and puts the phone down for 5 minutes then comes back on and asks who it is and when i told her she told me i have to wait for him to call me back because she’s busy and hung up the phone … at this point it’s 7:30pm….. i tried calling back after 8:30 and they now won’t answer my calls.

I feel like this situation is being avoided and the owner is unprofessional as to how rectify a situation.

i am a single hard working mother of a toddler ..i am now out $300 towards my sons christmas … Thanks a ton...

Came here for dinner with my family on Saturday April 5, 2025 I ordered 1 pound of breaded suicide wings they were not hot out of the fryer luke warm at best the suicide sauce was less spicy then the 3rd degree terrible my one daughter got popcorn chicken it was flavourless and gave a chicken ball vibe because of the batter they used for breading my other daughter ordered chicken strips they were not great either fries were not hot for either meal and my wife ordered potato skins which had barely any flavour because they literally cut a potato in half and put the toppings ontop no flavour your suppose to scoop out most of the potato then put the toppings on also our booth was broken and felt like the backrest was moving and the seat itself was leaning forward it felt very uncomfortable. Terrible experience for $80 will be never returning here. Very very disssapointing. I would recommend employing a new chef and kitchen staff because currently they dont know what...

Went to dinner with the wife on a Sunday @ 5:15pm. The bar was very cold, they had a sign that read 21c but it felt much colder then that. Wife and I ordered chicken caesar wrap with fries, 1Lbs Breaded hot honey garlic wings, and an order of deep fried pickles. The chicken wrap was reportedly good, but the fries were all burnt from frying too long. The pickles were great, breading on them great. The wings breading was good but the meat was all tough and felt as if they had been thawed or something from frozen, very tough and chewy, HUGE disappointment. There were about 4 patrons at the bar, signing very loudly to the already way too loud music that was blaring. These people were obviously intoxicated and very obnoxious, I kept waiting for and wanting the only employee I saw there to ask them to quiet down some but did nothing.
