You can't make this up. They charge $6.50 for a SINGLE piece of torched Salmon Sushi on their Uber. We thought we were getting an order of it and a single piece showed up in a tiny container filled with ginger and wasabi. It wasn't the only thing we ordered of course but they make sure not to tell you how many pieces there are when ordering something.
But in general their prices are insane, even in person, and the quality is not even remotely close to reflecting the price.
They also specifically give options on uber for removing something (like an allergen for instance) from a roll, and every time myself or anyone I know has tried to remove (or even add) something to a roll they always call and say they can't do it.. so why on earth did they intentionally put the options there? Just remove the options YOU provide if you don't want to do them.
It makes it seem like the orders are just pre-made and not fresh, which they may be given how they show up looking like sushi you'd pick up at Metro. Either way absolutely avoid, there are so many better sushi places to go to within 5-10mins of this place that won't scam you or...

When i asked abt the bad quality after getting delivery- they said they would redo the platter, when asking agian because the quality was so bad- the mgr said she would give me full refund. The next day mgr 2 said they have internal problems so they wont give me refund after they promised. They said to give me a 50credit, i said sure just give to me in a giftcard- they said no. I wanted the giftcsrd so i could at least gift it away or use at another location- will never go to this location Agian. The second mgr talking to me said the owner will not talk to me.. its frustrating i had to talk to two mgrs that cannot make decisions. I found it extra annoying when they keep saying sorry and acknowledge internally they have miscommunication and i have to suffer my time dealing with this.
Owner doesnt care/ if they did they would have just given me the credits on a giftcard - yet they too cheap to offer that. Worst customer...
Read moreSecond update: after many emails I sent and them saying they're"investigating" the case, they sent me email saying they apologize for the inconvenience. That's all! They could've literally apologized in their reply and saved me all my time. I sent them a response about how they have poorly handled the situation and never got a response.
Update: I have reached out to them by email to resolve this issue but never got a response.
