Simply go to a location in Georgetown or Guelph. Poor management, complete lack of customer service, unkind staff and unclean location. I love subway. And I will never be back at this location, like ever. Would come at least twice a week and drag my boyfriend to get it too, always got a chicken bacon ranch and tried the turkey rancher, -witch I saw at this location on their menu- Great loved it, however the first time I got it was the only time it was EVER made right. multiple times they forgot the ingredients and I was charged for bacon and/or cheese I did not receive. a couple weeks back I noticed I was charged for extra cheese when I reminded her it comes on the sub. Went in again earlier this week and pulled up the website in advance. Lo and behold it comes w extra cheese and bacon. Again I have to say w the cheese and she says it’s extra, I proceeded to say it comes with the sub- which is a part of the subway canada menu. She says no they have no button for this item so she has to charge me extra ( I don’t care if there’s no button, It’s on the menu and I constantly come to this location and order this specific sub. There’s no reason it should have been removed because I know it was there at one point. this is ridiculous.) and gestures to her manager I’m assuming - who frankly is the rudest person I think I’ve met- who again tells me she’s going to charge me extra, so I show her the website that shows it’s the third item on the menu. To which she rolls her eyes and walks to the back. Every time I come this girl is rude or doesnt speak at all. This is weeks of me paying more for an item that comes on this sub. I’m fed up, I tip well and before that day I’ve always been very polite for people who can’t even smile or say hello when u walk into the establishment. And thats just the food/ customer aspect. They always have earbuds in, half the time they don’t change their gloves if their wearing any and I’ve never seen them wash their hands between orders, constantly have to wait when u can see someone sitting in the back on their phone, flies everywhere and for some reason I still kept going- cause I love subway and this location is next to my home as well as I’ve been going for years but from now on im going to get in the car and drive to one of the locations in Georgetown because this is insane. Any good reviews are left by family members. These people are rude, don’t listen cause they have a podcast or music in their ears, I don’t believe a single person who works here is local, and as someone from acton that’s heartbreaking and very sad for this town. Read moreI’m not sure what’s happening with this location, my family and I used to enjoy coming here. The staff were friendly, made great sandwiches, efficient and great customer service. My son used to call one of the young men working there a subway Ninja because he would joke with him and apparently made the “best subs ever”. The past few times we’ve come here has not been the same experience, it seems like there is all new staff and maybe could benefit from some additional training? Todays adventure had a employee chasing down my husband in the parking lot because they had put an extra sub in the bag…and noticed when they went to cash out the next person in line…anyways he returned to the store they took the sub out and assured him it was the right one (he asked them to double check) anyways he got home and what do you know, steak and cheese looks a lot like a green goddess lol. I get it mix ups happen, not a huge deal but when I went to call the store to let them know I had someone else’s sub and they likely had mine…the lady who answered the phone literally said “you have the steak? Read moreEver since the Indians took over they don't make the sandwiches the same. Asked for the bbq brisket and they cover it with the cheese and toast it. And when I asked them to heat it up first they said we don't do that, only certain items, I'm like it's bbq it's supposed to be heated up first, the things you don't are the deli meats, all the chicken and beef are supposed to be heated up first. They put way too many of the toppings of strong flavored items like olives and mustard. They don't know how to put the sauce on the subs so that it stays inside, you apply it down the middle of the sub, not near the edge. And when it comes to wraps they don't know how to fold it titly, and when you ask them to toast a wrap it longer like an extra 30 seconds they get confused and just toast it for 45 anyways they get confused, language barrier?
