Pita Pit — Restaurant in Hamilton

Purchased 4 pitas, 3 with grilled veggies and 1 without. After getting home, we discovered all 4 had roasted veggies and unfortunately, the person is allergic to onions so I drove back to have it corrected. I was advised that I ordered it that way, I was then told I could see what they were putting on my pitas. When I advised staff that I did not order roasted veggies on that pita and that I wasn’t able to see what was being put on the pitas, the reply to me was ‘ma’am, next time order correctly’. With that, I told them to keep the pita and drove to another location to purchase another pita. I like to support my local neighbourhood merchants but I will not return to that Pita Pit location again. Terrible...

Worst experience ever had to leave one star cause 0 stars not an option ordered 3 pita deal wanted 3 large chicken ceaser pitas they put portion for 3 small pitas little chicken one slice of bacon each then wanted to charge extra for cheese and when i wanted grilled veg they put around 10 peice s of onion mushroom and green pepper on grill when i said more they wanted to charge extra i have been ordering same at other locations for yrs never had issues when i said to person that a large pita comes with more chicken and 2 slices of bacon he said no and he was the owner will never use fruitland...

It is very rare to see this level of service and quality at a chain restaurant. I have been ordering from this location for a number of years and the order accuracy and quality has always been spot on. But today when I picked up my order they screwed up on the topings. I called them after I brought it home. Not only was the gentleman kind and apologetic. He hand delivered a new fresh pita within 8 minutes free of charge to my home. He even included free cookies. I am very greatful to this gentleman and the service and quality this pita pit location provides. Very rare in this day and...
