Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

I ordered 4 subs on their app Friday July 9, 2021 at approximately 1:30 pm. After picking up the subs and getting home I decided to eat the Steak and cheese sub. When I unwrapped the sub I thought it looked very small for a large 12 inch, I didn't see any toppings sticking out of it so I opened it up and there was very little steak,no cheese and a few little pieces of green pepper and onion , so skimpy it was terrible. When I called to complain the gentlemen told me it wasn't his problem, that it was my problem and argued that it was my fault. I guess guaranteed customer satisfaction is not important? I recommend driving 5 minutes down the highway and going to Firehouse Subs at Fifty Road exit ,pay an extra $3 dollars for a sub made properly where customer satisfaction is...

This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had. My friend and I were patiently waiting in line to place our order, but when it was our turn, Heli—one of the workers and our college acquaintance—bluntly told us to step aside so she could take the order of a customer who had arrived after us. Both employees seemed uninterested in their jobs.

The store itself wasn’t well-maintained. The utensils were not very clean, and the vegetables didn’t look fresh. The worst part, however, was that after eating our sandwiches, both of us started feeling uneasy. Within 1 to 1.5 hours, we were vomiting, and only after that did we feel some relief.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. The owner seriously needs to take control of their staff and ensure better hygiene...

Ordered 2 subs from this location of subway. Veggie delight. The service was good and quick. The veggie patty was okay but served its purpose.

The accompanying condiments were fine just like any other Subway.. nothing much to write about. I ordered my subway with the Italian herbed bread and that was really nice. Didn't get it toasted so it reatained the freshness.

As we were just driving through the area, the location was very convenient for us . Plenty of parking space...
