Honestly quite shocked by their attitude. I came in my with my two year old and asked for an extra cup to pour some smoothie into for him. And they said they don’t do that. And then the staff proactively let me know if she gives me a cup of water and sees me transfer my paid for smoothie in the plastic cup she “will have to ask me to leave”.

Honestly, I was really surprised. I didn’t know that transfer drinks that you paid for is an offence. I have no issue with paying for the extra cup. But really they just want to you to pay for an additional drink.

Staff are always friendly and expeditious. The wraps, paninis and smoothies are all quite delicious! It would be nice if they would add some smoothies to the menu that aren't so sugary though. You could substitute 25% of the volume with spinach, kale, or broccoli in any one of the five that I've tried for and they would likely still be cloying. He navigated the fruit with a deft hand, and displayed skills on the blender that were unmatched.
