Long story short: Dry burger on a stale bun, grossly overpriced sides. You will get better value and a better burger from (and this pains me to say) any major fast food chain. There are much, MUCH better burgers in this price range.
I will start with the side: It was $5.99 for 5 small onion rings. I almost could've excused this if they were handmade or something, but they were obviously just plain bagged and frozen onion rings that cost pennies per ring. They tasted fine, but nothing special. Atrocious value.
The burger. I love burgers. But what I had was awful. I watched them cook the burger and what I saw was just saddening. As the burger was cooking, I saw the chef literally squeeze every last bit of juice out of the burger. I understand and make smash burgers myself, so I would understand if this is what he was doing, but even after the burger was basically done cooking, they just kept squeezing. What I got was an EXTREMELY dry patty. It was also overcooked, which just made it that much worse.
My bun was also stale. I'm not going to say it was rock hard stale, but you know that stale when you buy hamburger buns, and leave them on the counter in the bag for a couple days, or perhaps leave them overnight with the bag open? Where they lose their softness, and sort of begin to get that dry crumble feeling? That's what my bun was like. Totally unacceptable and gross.
Then, as if they knew both of those things and then tried to fix the moisture problems with an extreme amount of condiments, my burger was basically slopped with every condiment. Rather than look at the total amount of condiments and ease back a bit so that the end result wasn't a disgusting mess, they just went nutty with the squeeze bottles. I didn't even ask for a ton, just ketchup, mustard mayo and a bbq sauce, but i got a soupy mess at the end. I had to use a napkin and physically remove most of it.

Read moreVisited last night, first visit and was excited to try. When we entered we were handed a paper menu to read, so I chose sit down and look it over. The first table I chose was visibly dirty from a distance, crumbs etc, so I assumed that must be where the guests who just left were seated. I sat down at the next table and the second I rested my hands they came away covered in tiny crumbs. When the manager saw me brushing crumbs off the table and into my hand, he called out from behind the counter that all tables were “just sanitized” and when I said they were still both dirty. He sent a girl out with a cloth. She was visibly angry and with a lot of attitude swiped hastily over the two booths. When I sat down again to sweep more crumbs into my hand I was angry, asked for the cloth itself this time, and received a very nasty look from her instead. That was the last straw for us, my husband and I left with our daughter while the manager came around to the dining room and tried to make us stay.
I have no comment on the food as I never tried it, and I did not check other tables, floors, bathrooms, etc so I have no comments on those, but working in food for over a decade this was such a large red flag and I would rather not imagine what the...
