I'll start by saying the food is pretty good. My experience with the service however is absolutely terribly every time. (aside from the delivery lady who is also quite kind) I was told it would be 30 minutes to receive my delivery order and I did not get it until over an hour later. When I looked through my order I noticed that they had sent me one of the wrong dishes (which I always order the EXACT same dish but every time I receive something totally different) When I called to simply clarify and have to correct dish delivered the owner refused to let me speak, cutting me off every time I opened my mouth which I find very rude, and she also refused to do anything to help the situation and eventually hung up on me. I'm very sad that I'll have to go to another chinese restaurant because again the food is good, when you receive the proper food, but the level of disrespect and out right rudeness can't be tolerated, especially from a...

Most disgusting Chinese food I have ever had so disappointing. The food was picked up at the store and on our plates within 10 it was all cold with the exception of 1 item. Rock hard chicken balls, dry garlic ribs and orange beef (no sauce) both were dried up leather, pork fried rice was slime with a few shavings of BBQ pork no vegetables, spring rolls huge with no filling bite into them grease dripped out that's all you could taste, moogoo guay pan was the only thing that was fresh and hot. When I called and said I was going to bring back the $115 worth of barely touched food I was told not to waste my time or gas. And to think I chose this place over LeChinos because of the shorter wait time on Valentines night what a mistake. LeChinos also is about $2 less per item. If I could rate 0 I would. We just placed an order for over $160 and when it arrived the order was incorrect. Upon contacting the restaurant to advise of the error we were advised that they would not be correcting the order and the owner refused to acknowledge that an error was made on his behalf. He was extremely rude and dismissive. We were treated very disrespectfully despite being repeat customers and were told that it was "fine" if we did not return in the future. What could have been an easy resolution resulted in an extremely dissatisfied and insulted customer that will not be ordering from them again. Extremely rude and absolutely terrible customer service.
