CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Hamilton

I am a fan of Coco. The Bubble Gaga drink is really good! The app is a bit deceptive because it doesn’t let you delay a pickup time despite having a line displaying “pickup for: ASAP”. And when I placed the order (2 drinks) it said ready in approx 30 minutes but then messaged me in about 6 saying it was finished. This could be a problem because all the pickup orders are sitting in the open, no verification seems to be needed to take one. So my drinks could’ve been stolen while I was on my way there! (But they weren’t) A side note, the strawberry latte is not a latte or even a milk tea really it’s more like a strawberry jam drink with cream on top which you mix. I do recommend the passionfruit green tea, all their fruit teas are flavourful and you can taste the tea. Very disappointing service. I know this is a good spot but service wise I am really disappointed. These people have no favour for thoes who actually in difficult situations. I was in Mac Master hospital with my son and I was hopeful that we r going home in 15 minutes but suddenly my son fainted and whole situation changed and stayed in the hospital. I called coco and inform about my situation, instead of understanding my situation and cancel my order or give me store credit or any other option they said we can't do anything. I mean seriously they have no sympathy for others and the shop who have no sympathy and feelings for other, I must say have no service at all. OK bubble tea, terrible service. Went there Wednesday night, half an hour before closing. There were 3 staff on duty, doing nothing. I tried to order and was told I could only do so through their app. Downloaded app and placed order as instructed, only to be told that the order could no longer be made because it was now "too late" (the app doesn't accept orders 15 minutes before closing). Instead of working out a solution, staff were rude and refused to manually enter the order. They all clearly wanted to leave work on time rather than fulfilling customer orders.
