I recently went to the coffee culture Milton location and had a great experience, I noticed they had a really good lunch menu so I wanted to go back and try it. I attended this location for lunch and my experience was vastly the opposite of great! I first tried to order their frozen coffee and the worker told me the machine was down, I then tried to order a iced latte and the worker said it’s the same machine for the espresso and I can’t order that (how are you a coffee place and don’t have a working espresso machine?) I totally get things happen but again this is a coffee shop should you have some sort of back-up? I ended up ordering an iced coffee which was very disappointing and tasted watered down. I then order the chicken & crispy prosciutto panini and a slice of carrot cheesecake. When the worker handed me my sandwich she also handed me $2.50 and said they were out of chicken and refunded me the cost of the chicken. That sounds great although it would have been appreciated if she gave a heads up first as I may have requested a full refund or chosen a different sandwich entirely. Read moreI haven't spent much time here in a while, but apparently they started doing table service. I went in with my mother who had visited last week as well (she had received coupons for buy one item, get one item free). The server came to our table almost immediately and asked what we wanted to drink. She had no patience and wanted answers quickly and curtly. When she came back to take our food order, we chose our dishes and my mother mentioned they she had the coupon. The server answered in a curt tone once again that the coupon would take off my mother's coffee. When my mother was upset by this because it worked differently last week (it had been used to discount one of the meals), the server mentioned how it got her in trouble and then continued by stating "whatever" and saying she would discount it and get in trouble again. As someone who has dealt with the public for YEARS, I understand how difficult it can be to be in that situation, and I know that being short and guilting the customer is not the way. Read morePpl really makes the world go round. I went there during the weekend and weekday, and it's like night 🌙 and day lol. The short girl that works there during the week has terrible customer service, always looks and acts miserable 🙄 maybe it ain't the job for her and weekdays morning shifts is not even busy compared to weekend mornings.
1st time she served me I ordered chicken avocado bowl 🥣 and large hotchocolate to go, she basically just threw the food in the counter, I was still waiting and she asked: "are you missing anything else?" I said: "I'm missing my hot chocolate" Didn't even apologize just threw the hot chocolate on the counter lol. she was acting like the place was super busy but really there was like on 2 3 ppl max
When I got home opened my food and realized that peacan nuts was missing and the chicken was cold 🥶.
Next time I went back I told here and she replied: " there was peacan in there because I remember I made it myself" lol you remembered but you forgot to give me my hot chocolate lol
I'm like: " ok 👍🏿."
She's terrible, I realize even more when I went back on the weekend and the place was busy, but the service and food...
