Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Hamilton

Worst pizza company in Hamilton Ontario. Every single person who answers the phone cant even put together a sentence of English. Last time I checked we speak English in this country?

Finally after placing an order they blurt out that your pizza will be there in an hr . First off no place should take an hr to cook and deliver thats a joke!

Call back after an hour as i still got no pizza and some woman gets on the phone cant even put a sentence of English together claiming that pizza depot doesn't do delivery.

So yeah avoid them like the plague. When they first started in Hamilton Ontario they were so good. Great customer service and great quality pizza.

Now you all you get is ignorant non English speaking muslims and horrible quality pizza ( if they actually deliver it ) doubtful

Aakashbhai, you need to train your employees well. He was not interested in even taking our order. You could tell from his attitude that he just wants us to get out, never going back there again and telling everyone in my group the same. No matter how good the pizza but with this behaviour we aren’t going there back ever. Very disappointing

terrible service, ordered online 1 and a half hours before closing with plenty of time to make a pizza or call if something were to happen and upon arrival the two younger guys working were leaving, I asked them what happened as I ordered an online order and they responded with “the oven broke down”…. And when I asked to see the pizza that they said they had made and left on the counter it was only half cooked and half burnt and didn’t even have the toppings I had ordered, and I had ordered a garlic bread with it and that wasn’t made either which is made at the same time as the pizza usually.. 10/10 don’t recommend the terrible service from the younger guys who just wanted to get out early on a...
