UPDATE:
After contacting multiple people I was responded to and taken seriously which I appreciate. The customer service from Rachelle Gagne, the District Manager was amazing. I offered proof and she did the work to fix the issue by apologizing and offering back my refund by connecting me with that location's store manager. Unfortunately the customer service with the franchisee store manager, Arshkumar Patel, was not good. I appreciated the apology but multiple emails back and forth over days asking the same question over and over and then silence from May 31 to June 12 when I reached back out to the District Manager. They prompted the franchisee to email me asking (yet again) what email to send the refund to. The refund was received the same day thankfully. I called my bank to cancel the inquiry. It seems silly for it to be that much work for an apology and a refund but I am glad it did end up happening, thank you! I've updated my service review as well from 1 to 3 stars.
I was scammed two days ago by the workers there who pressured me into paying twice for my walk in order even after showing proof that I had paid (banking app with name of vendor and exact amount "owed"). They agreed that I paid but I was pressured into paying again bc "the receipt didn't print" which comes across as a scam. They refused to complete my order until i paid twice. I've emailed their Offices and my bank has started in inquiry.

The headache is that the staff didn't quite seem to understand what vegan was. They're already ready to grab the cheese and you have to tell them no. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent last night, for Dundas Iād expect more cleanliness but it was a mess in there, all the seats and tables were dirty and unorganized, garbage on the floor and 3 workers behind the counter (and people in the back) and no one could tidy up? Not a big deal though whatever, ordered 2 burritos and a side which came out to $50. As the food was being made I noticed bugs flying around my head and look up to see them swarming all of the lights in the restaurant including the ones hanging over the toppingsā¦. I was disgusted but had already paid so I just waited for my food and left. Never seen anything like that and definitely wonāt be back⦠sad to see such great franchises taken over by people that donāt care...
