Golden Flame — Restaurant in Hamilton

Food is waaay overpriced, or they felt like charging so much this time. It's not worth the price asking. It's fast food with mostly previously frozen ingredients! If you take a family of four there 4 times, you can easily buy your own Napoleon portable BBQ and make a lot better food!

When i read comments tjat people say "best food in Ontario" or "best in Canada" etc. It's obvious that you haven't reached the top of "the best food (no offence but come on!). Before it was in old plaza and it was, cheaper. I guess new plaza rent more than doubled? I don't mind paying for OK food, but i do mind paying for their rent.

That's my 5 cents (and no more). Good...

I gotta give this place a 1 -star review. I went in today on my lunch break to grab lunch. I noticed the fresh meat in the counter case and the cleanliness of the shop, so I said let me give it a try. I ordered a Caesar salad, which on the menu says it’s for $8.99. I told the chef to add chicken and make it a day; he said no drink, and I said no, I only drink water and I have some in my car. Can you tell me why this guy tried to trick me into tapping my card without looking at the bill? It was $27.00, and I kid you not, $27.00…. Like, how does a chicken Caesar salad for one...

I honestly don’t know why this place is getting such great reviews while my family and I had nothing but a terrible experience with them! Staff is extremely rude. You place a big order and pay for it only to find out portions that you paid for aren’t even there and when you call them to tell them its missing they refuse to bring you what they lacked to make in the first place and have the nerve to be rude to you in the process, also for a big event we order food from them only to have our guests refuse to eat raw meat! If i could give this place zero...
