The worst thing is when you are celebrating Father’s Day and order from uber eats worth of $140 just to receive the order missing at least $35 plus tax worth of food. I ordered a plate of spicy potatoes thinking for the price of $15 I would get something is worth 2 people to share with the rest of the food but to my surprise is extremely small plate that was maybe 2 small potatoes cut up and mixed with the spices. The manakish were not tasty at all, it looks like they changed their recipe or something was wrong or what ever. The special plate of labneh, zataar, and olives was completely missing. One sujok and cheese manakish was missing also and that made the family breakfast short as I ordered what is enough for everyone. This is not the first time tho! Back in December I also ordered from them on uber eats as I have family over from California and also sent me the order missing few items but at least that time we enjoyed the taste not like this one. Now, as soon as I got the order, I reached to uber and said that I am missing some items and the response was that they are looking into it, 2 days later I didn’t receive any response and when I reached to them they are saying because it’s more than 48 they can’t do anything about and they never received any complaints from me. Like what on earth! Just waste of money and time to deal with all that! Very disappointed in the restaurant, they used to do much better and now they are ripping people of by not making the order complete and send only partial order, not refunding or standing for their actions. I do not recommend it at all. Not worth your money. Go to another place and enjoy the taste and have the food that you paid for and nothing to be...
Read moreSimSim is a hidden gem in the City of Hamilton that whips out authentic lebanese food. It is a family owned restaurant and the owner is very proud of her offerings that reflect their culture in the food. The owners daughter Fatima works at the restaurant and provides exceptionally courteous customer service. Everything she advised us to order was very well matched by her mothers cooking skills. THE BEST EVER BABA GHANOUSH that you can try - nice smoky eggplant with tangy pomegranate seeds. The best part of their food is that EVERYTHING IS COOKED FROM SCRATCH, meaning you get super fresh food. Their breads are hand-made from the scratch and the quality of food can any day match a fine dining restaurant. For the ambience, it is clean but not super chic or fancy restaurant. There is a homely vibe to the place. A must...
Read moreI discovered this place while doing a search for "Baba Ghanouj near me" as I was craving it. My goodness... I wasn't sure what to expect but I was absolutely blown away! The staff is so friendly. It's just a tiny little place with maybe 2 lovely ladies working there but their food was incredible! I like to prepare myself when walking into a new place so I had pre picked what I was going to get. But the website thankfully makes it so easy as it has detailed description and photos of all their items. I ordered the Fatteh and of course Baba Ghanouj and my son got the cheesy spicy chicken. They make their pitas fresh in front of you, Fresh dough in a wood fire oven and my son's was in the fire oven too. The food did not disappoint! My son destroyed his whole meal and some of the other 2 items ordered. I will...
