The food is okay and relatively fast, but it's expensive and the service is abysmal. It's essentially a self serve place where you get your own dishes and takeout containers from the side because the tables are barren. There are usually one or two wait/counter staff, and the place is beyond crowded (they can probably seat no more than 20 small to average sized people with no space to walk between tables), and the waiting area for takeout is cramped and blocks the doorway if you have more than one very small person. The bathroom floors are slicked with grease and slippery, and it's obvious their dual function is a storage closet.

Once your food arrives, you have to flag someone down to get anything else, even tea refills, and we've received our orders incorrectly. Even if you're waiting to pay, they treat you like you don't exist. I've visited four times and if anything, each experience worsens my review of the place. People seem to go there for the convenience rather than the quality or experience. If you have the option to go to a better place, probably a ways out of town, the extra mileage will be worth it to have someone acknowledge you and more importantly, respect you as a customer supporting their business.
