Okay only reason is because the girl that worked cash on the 17th around 430pm was rude.. Girl from kitchen handed us our food and cashier still hadn't gotten our ice cream cones... Now regularly I would rate it a 4 or 5 stars of its the original crew that started.. Those 3 working together are an amazing team and very helpful.. We do come by often as we have hectic schedules and its easy to grab a bucket of chicken and make a salad.. That being said when we were here Wednesday the cashier was posting a sign on front window use patio door due to high winds.. Not sure if the girl realized but the high winds were stronger by the patio doors didn't matter what door u closed the wind was that ..as she was doing this customers were trying to come inside and she jus disregarded them!!! I'm going to pay attention to name tags when I'm in next because I believe 75% of the employees don't value their job they r jus there to get paid ... Also would like to point out I had been in there when an order gentleman was telling at the boy on cash and jus being plain rude I a dually spoke up and told him that was enough of that.    Read moreTried to order KFC with my son the other night. It was just him and I out so figured we'd use some coupons. Arrived in the drivethru with 2 cars ahead of us.
I asked about a coupon and was told to bring it to the window so I didn't order at that point. Fast forward 25 minutes (that's not a typo) and when I arrived at the window I informed the employee that I got sick of waiting so long so I downloaded the app and ordered.
I gave her my name and she told me to go park and go in. We're approaching 40 minutes at this point. I head into the store with my son and there was a customer that was trying to get a refund on something out of stock.
After waiting inside for 15 minutes, I finally spoke to the manager or supervisor or whatever and he informed me that they were all out of what I ordered and since I placed the order online, I had to call for a refund. I politely told him that I'm not leaving until I received my money in my hand as I had already wasted close to an hour at this point. He gave me my money back.
