To the people that were working tonight yes I did make you replace my wings only to bring them to my house to watch me dump them on the ground. Moral of the story is you don’t waste peoples time.A lady came to my door named Tracey and she was awesome not only did she make them look good she seemed to believe they where good. Good tastes great too. Now here is where we get into a problem I was offered a promotional pizza deal and in that deal if specified that I got 1 free pizza a month and if I spent over 40$ I’d get a garlic bread and wings with my order 10 times all for 25$ so obviously what person would toss away an offer like that so I racked on an extra pound of wings and some fries and onion rings to bring up my order as well knowing they will be grateful I am spending more then I had to because I could have cooked all of the stuff I ordered and would have not only been cheaper it would have came without any disrespectful customer service when I called to request the wings that I didn’t receive only then to be hung up on 2 separate times and accused I was I liar… and to be honest with everyone the disrespectful choices they decided to make costed then me spending more money to respectfully help there business now instead I will come in to the store and get my free pizza and you will not get any extra money because of not only the time you made me waste explaining my experience so that everyone else can be smarter then to contact you for pizza because when you run a business it doesn’t matter if your gunna lose money the customer is always given the benefit of the transaction unless you. Can prove otherwise so there for very lousy for someone representing a company on a franchise lvl witch leaves me to say other then that situation I wish you the best but my money is no longer going to support your business...

Pizza Bell & Wings has sadly become a place I can no longer recommend, nor will I ever return to after my recent experience. Once a go-to spot for quality pizza and service, this establishment has hit rock bottom, with hygiene practices and customer service that are both shockingly poor. I never imagined that my experience here would be this disappointing and downright disturbing.

During my visit, I was horrified to see employees handling food with blatant disregard for basic hygiene. I watched in disbelief as they rubbed their faces, touched their beards, handled cleaning supplies, and even wiped sweat from their foreheads—all without ever washing their hands before returning to food prep. Watching them continue to touch pizza and other food items with unwashed hands was beyond appalling. For any restaurant, but especially one serving food to customers, this level of neglect in cleanliness is simply unacceptable and alarming.

The food itself has drastically declined in quality, which is disappointing enough on its own. But even worse, the customer service has fallen to an unrecognizable low. Staff members were indifferent and inattentive, making me feel like I was a nuisance rather than a valued customer. I had to remind them four or five times just to get their attention, which added to an already frustrating experience.

After this experience, I can confidently say I will never be returning to Pizza Bell & Wings. The disregard for customer health and lack of basic respect toward patrons are unacceptable, and it’s disheartening to see a place that once had potential decline this drastically. They charge for delivery, for 1 cheese pizza they want $25 but they won't come to my door XD worst customer service, when I ask the driver to come to my door, he says no no no you come to me, and if you don't come to me then that's fine I will take the pizza back. Ok fine take it back then....you don't want to come to my door? I literally am paying you to deliver it to me, but you want me to come up to you?? What kind of business logic is that....I will never ever order from this over priced place again, customer service before anything! Now you lose me as a potential customer and my friends also and their families, they all know how you treated me and my family, left us hungry because you didn't want to do your job that you got paid to do. "Pick - up pizza $15" "Delivered pizza $25 same size" but you also say "free delivery" ?? How ??I do not trust how you do business at all. If I can give you negative star I would XD learn how to gain customers! Not lose them! Totally...
