I was completely unimpressed with the customer service from the upper Ottawa store.
The order was placed at 5:30pm. The estimated delivery time was between 5:55-6:06pm. After checking the status at about 6pm, the status still said “your order is being prepared”. I first called the upper Ottawa store at 6:25 and sat on hold for 3 minutes until someone hung up on me. I called back at 6:28pm and someone answered after 3 minutes. This person did not seem very happy and was very short with their answers. I asked what the status of my order was and they said “it’s in the oven”. I heard someone in the background say that the chicken bites were not done and they needed to be cooked still. The woman who answered the phone said it would be delivered in 10 minutes.
We hung up and the status of the order changed to “in the oven”. After 30 minutes, no pizza showed up so I called again at 7:01pm. The same person answered and I once again asked where my order was. The person paused for a few seconds speaking another language which I did not understand. Then I heard them say, “did you take order ###### yet?” To the delivery person and they said “no”. At this point I was fed up so I said I heard the order hasn’t left the site yet, so just cancel my order and give me a refund. She offered me a store credit, which I denied. She said OK. Then explained the deep fryer stopped working and that was the reason the order was delayed. But this was clearly a lie, because she already lied to me about the order being delivered earlier.
Approximately 10 minutes later the Pizza Hut order showed up at our door, after I said I didn’t want it anymore. I sent them away.
My wife ordered from our local store and without any issues the pizza was delivered early and with fantastic customer service.
This is the reason people are losing faith in our food industry. Big box stores are failing us. Is it poor training? I don’t know but it’s a shame. Anyway, I would just like my full refund as soon as possible. I will not be ordering from...

What I received tonight was not a Pizza Hut Pizza it was an absolutely disgusting laugh of filth. I ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust and a Canadian stuffed crust 50$ worth of pizza and what I received was beyond insulting. I received a cheese pizza with maybe 10 pcs of miniature pineapple spread across the whole large pizza the crust was a thin crust joke. I have never had pizza this bad in my entire life. Now looking at the reviews I wish I had not ordered from this location. I even called the location direct and they didn’t care so I went to corporate to complain. I have pictures of the filth I received and will be posting all over Facebook , Twitter , instagram , Snapchat , google , yelp , 411 etc. I want this franchise owner out of business ASAP absolutely disgusting how dare you send such an absolute disgusting laugh of food to my house. Read moreI was not impressed with my pizza, as you can see in the picture there is missing toppings in the middle of the pizza, I don't even know how this would happen. This is not the first time something like this happened. We got 2 pizzas, the second one was better but it still was missing some in the middle of one slice but at least it wasn't the entire center like the first one. Also the staff should inform clients of promotions that would save them money. I didn't notice until after I paid and was flipping the signs on the counter that I saw we could have saved money buying the 2 pizzas yet we paid full price ( the little sign was facing the employee at the time of ordering).
