Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Hamilton

Great pizzas, with amazing crusts. All their different doughs are delicious, and they have a large variety of speciality pizzas as well as custom options. Good garlic bread as well!

EDIT: The 1 downside is bad customer service. The guy at the counter was really rude when myself and my mother went to go pick up an order. I totally get things being rushed and not having time to be polite etc, I was a server/cashier too and people need to be more understanding of the fact that they do not owe you niceties- However, this dude was shockingly rude to my mother, who simply asked (very politely) if the sauce was included in our order, and the guy practically barked at her that she can get it herself, pointed at the other counter and told her to leave. I...was actually pretty caught off guard. And when 1 of the sauces wasn't there so we asked for it, he refused to even speak to my mother, just shouted 'marinara' at another employee, got it and threw it on the counter before storming off again. Like...alright then.

Sorry but?? Barking at people / being rude and telling them to get their items themselves is...not a great business idea. We literally could have walked out of there with as many sauces as we wanted and paid for none (which of course I wouldn't do, but my point still stands) and nobody would have known- and that employee certainly wouldn't have cared.

TLDR: Great food but 1 of the employees is pretty rude - if you wanna avoid that, order delivery or I guess wait until someone else at the counter can serve you. Cause this dude genuinely set off my anxiety pretty badly, and I would NOT go back if I had to...

The first time I picked up different slices to see what they got and have a taste, the pizza was the absolute best in town, I felt I am in heaven most amazing taste I ever had. The second time I asked my friend to pick up some slices, it was so horrible, I didn’t believe that it was The Pizza Makers pizza. Third time I called to ordered one, and expressed my disappointment to the pizza maker, he promised I will love it. and he did not disappoint me. The pizza was just like the first time. Now I ordered two pizzas, thinking it will be good, one was burned and the other one the zucchini was not cooked and the tomatoes was chopped in big four slices no taste. So, it is a goodbye for me, that was the last $36.10 they can get from me. Too bad, no consistency. I really love it the first and third time but no more gambling on the pizza maker. I like the pizza here, but after a couple of poor customer service experiences I am not too sure. A couple weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni and olives, and ended up taking out a cheese pizza which I found out when I got home. That wasn't too bad, but then tonight I ordered a pizza and cheese bread for pick up. The website informed me the pizza would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. I arrived to pay after 20 minutes, and the staff told me they just received the order 5 minutes ago and that it would take 10 more minutes. I asked if he could confirm the order time, and he said it wasn't possible and that it didn't show. I came back 10 minutes later, was told it would be an additional 2-3 minutes. I then waited 10 minutes more for the pizza to be done. It's becoming a frustrating experience ordering from here. Would like to be able to continue to support a local business, but I am feeling fairly...
