It's rare for me to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to acknowledge the remarkable efforts of the team here. Despite being understaffed and facing heavy workloads, the staff maintains an unwavering kindness and professionalism, even extending apologies for factors beyond their control, such as wait times. I recently shared a light-hearted moment with them, empathizing with their situation as I understand the challenges of being short-staffed from my own workplace. To my surprise, I learned that their current staffing level is, in fact, their standard operating procedure.
Observing the bustling environment, I couldn't help but notice the dedication of just 3 individuals who are tirelessly managing the entire operation. It's clear that their commitment goes beyond the ordinary - they are practically running a marathon to ensure everything runs smoothly. One can't help but ponder whether the management's potential incentives are truly commensurate with the toll this takes on their employees' physical and mental well-being.

This USED to be the best Starbucks in the city for its incredible service. and 90% of the time it still probably is, but a couple recent visits and getting the same bad attitude - from im assuming is a manager with the septum piercing - is enough to make me go elsewhere. I work in retail and i understand difficult customers.. but if the worst thing i've done is show up for my mobile order early i dont think i deserve the snarky response or to be ignored.. leading to an awkward visit. the time before i ordered 2 refreshers, one with coconut milk, and when they were both made the same the woman in question tried to make me feel stupid when she herself didnt read the tag. then no apology or even acknowledgement, she just handed it to a barista to remake it and decided she was done with us, letting the barista hand out the order... which was wrong again. most of the time i dont care, if youre busy i get it, but going out of your way to seem annoyed or be rude, maybe youre in the wrong line of work. There are plenty of other locations nearby. It's a shame i had such nice things to say when you first opened, which i'll leave below.
Best Starbucks in the city. The team here are incredible, as well as being incredibly consistent with their quality, they easily resolve any issues that may come up and go above and beyond to make every experience a good one... Also their Instagram is filled with dogs... who doesn't...
Read moreAtrocious service today, I placed an online order at 1:40 showing it would be ready at 1:45. Showed up at the drive thru at 1:47 knowing they are usually a little slower than noted on order times, was immediately told to pull around. At 1:53 I waived down the person working the window and asked if I had a drink coming as she had completely avoided acknowledging me, I was told she only just received my order when I pulled up and it was coming. I told her I ordered more than 5 minutes before I arrived, her response to which was to shut the window. 3 minutes later another worker came to the window with my drink saying they had initially “lost” my order and not to swear at the staff. At no point did I raise my voice or swear, I simply asked if I had a drink coming as their drive thru was backing up and I would have been happy to at least pull ahead and move to allow others to receive their orders while I waited. Had the person working the window acknowledged me or told me my drink was on its way or the order lost I would have totally understood but to throw me under the bus after lying about my order and then offer no apology whatsoever was unprofessional. And now I have a drink I paid more than $5 for that is barely half full and so disappointed in...
