A lot of better wing places, especially red rockets.

Ordered: Medium Wing Combo - ~$24 w/o tax

Food came 25 minutes past the latest expected time, cold obviously.

Wings themselves weren’t the best, got the hot honey but there wasn’t the slightest bit of spice and the flavour was lacking. The cook was alright though.

Vegetables looked like they were ripped, not chopped, apart by a 10 year old helping out in the kitchen.

Wedges had no seasoning, just salt and tasted stale… don’t know what else to say… they were extremely underwhelming and not as crispy as competitors.

When all of the above are combined with the price.. or even if you just consider the taste of the wings and wedges, and the presentation of the vegetables, it’s not even close to being worth the value.

Edit: Forgot to add that when I called the store to inquire about the ETA of my food, the staff were polite, but I was told that the driver is probably driving slower due to the snow. While I appreciate giving a reason, I’d appreciate it a lot more if I wasn’t given one… 1. Because I didn’t ask and I understand that it won’t make them go faster just because I’m asking. 2. First time trying wings up.

See pictures : In a time like this with a Covid cases rapidly increasing how can you not be wearing your masks while preparing food?! There were 2 guys and a girl working all with their masks off in the kitchen while making and prepping food! Yes when they came out they would put it on but when in the back they would pull it down. The kitchen is small and with 3 people working in there not social distancing and breathing all over the food is unacceptable. There has to be higher standard than this when preparing food for customers! I wasn’t even sure if I should eat my wings....

Food - I ordered the lemon pepper wings and the honey/bbq sauce wings. The lemon pepper wings had so much salt on them I could hardly eat them. They are lemon pepper not lemon salt wings. Not sure why they were so salty. The honey bbq were pretty good and had plenty of flavour. Size of wings was just average, for the price you would think they would be huge!

Price - $32 for 2 lbs of wings. Expensive in my opinion.

Regardless of the food or price, wear your masks and do your part to keep...

My family and I have been ordering here every Friday night for years. There has been a noticeable decline in both the quality of food and of service. Why charge extra money for cajun fries and sloppy wings when items are either incorrectly made or done to the bare minimum. I am not expecting backflips and smiles from staff but I do expect the bare minimum which includes getting the order right. I understand a mistake or two but having at least one order with something wrong is just negligible.
