Unbelievable of the level of POOR Customer Service at this new Burger King location (which, by the way, should be renamed to 'Slower King' because expect to wait long when you dine here).
I came to this new location on January 17, 2023 & I was waiting behind one customer who placed her order. The female cashier/hostess must've gotten confused throughout the entire process of that customer's order because she kept having to clarify her order to the point that she left the front to do who knows what!
During that extensive period, a customer behind me (likely surprised at the long wait) asked me if I was waiting too, which I confirmed that I was. He wasn't as patient as myself & left. Shortly after that, another customer came behind, waited a few minutes & yelled, "F THIS!" & also left! I will also mention that there were 2 delivery Gentlemen waiting for the orders for their customers & CLEARLY, they too were frustrated at the long wait times. The look of disgust on both their faces said it all & who could blame them?! TIME IS MONEY!
That same cashier/hostess I spoke of earlier had to seek out another colleague to help her assist that one particular customer--it was shamefully RIDICULOUS & even that customer had the same disgusted look too--NO SURPRISE!
There was NO apology from the staff, NO direction & absolutely NO customer service for the extensive long wait! By the way, what made it worse was that it wasn't even that busy! (see posted pictures). I can only imagine what it would be like here if it was busy! I've been to other Burger King locations without issues, but this location is something else & not in a good way.
By the way, this location isn't on the Burger King Application & I can see why, especially based on the current Google Reviews which are exceptionally POOR. They spent a lot of money building this location yet no one thought to spend the money to put up a display monitor that shows customers where their orders are (like McDonald's does). We have had countless issues at fast food restaurants, but this BK takes the cake. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to actually acknowledge us when we arrived. The girl who took our order was clearly new, as are most of the staff there, but no one was there to help her. She took another solid 5 minutes to take our order, and it was incorrect. She even read out the order correctly, and yet STILL managed to punch it in incorrectly.
We ordered a combo and 2 extra sandwiches. After waiting 20+ minutes, our order was incorrect. When we asked for our drink cup, the manager scoffed at us before asking how many. When we said one, he gave us the cup and said âthis time I wonât charge you for itâ. Like a threat. What he didnât realize is that his OWN staff member had messed up by punching it in incorrectly, but he choose to berate the customer instead. Poor choice.
Needless to say, we didnât get what we ordered, but we were famished so ate what we were given anyways. All the while, we could hear other customers around us complaining about the wait times, the quality of the food, and as a result the overall air in there was not a positive one.
My husband and I have both worked in various fast food establishments, and the type of service we received tonight would NOT have been tolerated in any of those places.
The real kicker to this is that they had a sign on the front desk in plain view, in which they were begging for 5 star reviews in exchange for a free apple pie! Do they really think thatâs appropriate given the low quality of service they provide?

   Read more30-45 minute wait for walk in customers. Seems like they are doing drive thru and a lot of skip orders before anyone else. Finally got our 2 can dine whopper meals and the burgers were not even warm they were absolutely cold. Didnât even want to complain and wait another 30 minutes.went to leave and dispose of our garbage and the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage and cups all over the tops of both garbage cans. Should have went to the centennial location. Would have gotten our food faster and actually hot.
Edit: I returned reluctantly to see if anything has changed. In fact a lot has changed. Very clean and tidy since my last visit. The food came back hot which I was very pleased. I do have to say however that including the hard core of tomato and the exterior hard part of the onion at the same time was just horrible. Please ask your employees to discard those areas as no one likes to eat it. The drinks and fries were and always have been spot on. I donât agree with asking customers for a 5star review in exchange for an apple pie⌠you should ask for a review only in exchange for an apple pie. These reviews arenât even honest and donât help your business with REAL positive feedback.
Edit: Returned again and everything was as expected for a Burger King. Hot food, cold drink and good customer service. I will continue and will now recommend actually going to this location. Customer service is and always has been excellent. Still do not agree at all with how you are asking for a 5 star review in exchange for an apple pie.
