Staff can NOT follow simple instructions on how to make food. Have had the same order every morning, same time, for a verrrrry long time. I'm tired of the rude new staff, and the inability to follow a very simple instruction. Especially when they've repeated it back to me at the speaker. Off to McDonalds I go. At least they take more pride in how they serve their customers.

This sandwich is supposed to be double toasted and it barely is toasted at all and can't even take the time to put it together properly.
And again today, 1/16/24 - repeat my order 3 times. No one punched it in as I was ordering. They confirmed the order back wrong twice. And still messed up the breakfast sandwich. I get it that you're timed on your orders, but to the point you can't follow simple instructions to double toast a sandwich and it comes on a cold English muffin, I suggest you maybe go back to school and learn to understand simple instructions. Legit the worst tim hortons when it comes to food order quality.
Again today nov 5 2025, got told to "chill" by an employee who clearly does not want to be there. Mumbled everything. When I told him my order wrong I got told to "chill" with an attitude.
Should know better than to go back, but it's the only stop on my way to work in the morning.

Read moreFebruary 26, 2020 Edit: Again they've closed one of the drivethrough windows, causing a massive lineup around a very busy part of Burlington St during rush hour and forcing me to rely on another coffee/breakfast option. I'll likely stop going here now until I see this drivethrough regularly open. I don't know if management feels as though they don't care about
Okay, this had been my regular morning Tim's for a while. They bungled the occasional order but the staff are really lovely. This location, being on the corner, is normally very convenient because it has two drivethroughs which accommodate both traffic flows. Over the last weeks though, one of them has been closed. Unfortunately it's the one that deals with my particular flow, which is frustrating. Either way, during rush hour, that single drive-through lane is completely slammed and I don't have 10 minutes to wait through a lineup of cars. I've been driving in, and straight out because I don't have time for the brutal wait, and I see lots of other cars doing the same.
Edit: The second drivethrough seems to be open now in the morning. I have no idea how late they keep it open or if/when it closes again, but as long as it's open they're relatively fast...
Read moreWent to this particular store just because it is near to my work place but the staff is very rude along with very slow service. Not even one time I have served at window always have to wait in parking for either food or even for drinks. Today I just waited for french vanilla for more than 5 minutes. I understand that you guys have a drive thru timing but that does not mean you guys are parking almost every car. I have also worked at Tim hortons but never parked any car in 5 years but this place is ridiculous. Even when I complaint about service at drive thru one of the employee said “Stop coming to the store and buy from other location.” and I know he was the tall white rudest guy who never greet people on window during evening time. These kind of employees are really bad for the business who are saying your customers to not to buy anything from them. There are many more things to say but I am done with this...
