The service I had today at the drive thru I don’t know the ladies name one of the ladies was so rude to me. When given my drinks and I felt uncomfortable why are there so many Tim Hortons around. I had another issue today November 04, 2022 , around 8 am at the drive thru i did two separate orders an old white lady was rude to me on speaker so i did two separate orders at the window and older white lady cames out gives me a brown paper bag of two breakfast sandwiches said to me you waste my time and spit my the bag while given to me old lady discriminating me with awful words and so I parked my car came in said to that older lady working at 443 Tim Hortons main street Hamilton Ontario store number 101424 i said I’m going to report you she said to me go right ahead and start laughing with her colleagues about me. Read moreAround 2pm on Sunday afternoon. I went to use my points to purchase a Quencher. For some reason, the scanner did not acknowledge it. I let Michelle know my points were paying for my order. I showed her how I had the quencher listed as the product I wanted and showed her I had over 7000 points. She spoke with a male team member and the two of them figured something out with the till. I know because I didn't have to pay and the 800 pts were used.
I just want to thank Michelle for her help. She was kind, pleasant and obviously, helpful. I told Michelle I would send in a compliment since she was that good. I did ask what her name was before I left to make sure she was given them! Thank you again!!! It was good too! Even had an issue attempting to submit my compliment. Went directly to the store to ask for assistance and your Team Member , Christina was more than happy to assist! She was pleasant and helpful too!
