I was here with my mom last week. Doing our weekly groceries near by and decided to dine in and enjoy something to fuel us up. It started off with the cashier who didn’t seemed pleased with her job. I was order two meals, for my mom and I. As soon as I was done ordering the first meal, I told her I have one more to order and she seemed annoyed. I decided to just ignore because I know how it is working customer service.. I serve as well. Not until the lady who made my moms sand-which burnt the bread. (This happens on multiple occasions - different location) but when was it ever okay to serve anything burnt?. Anyways, the attitude was already making me upset and this was a cherry on top. To add to that disappointment…My mom decided to go up and politely ask for a new sandwich and the lady doesn’t even apologize, but goes on telling her other worker… looks over at my mom and laughs. After handing the new sandwich… still no apology. I was contemplating on discussing this matter with them, but I just decided to let it go. I hope someone reaches out to me. I’ve had a handful amount of times my order was missing or either burnt from Tim Hortons. This was the tipping point.
Might as well just sell coffee products only at the grocery stores because obviously no one wants to work...

I was coming here for my usual order of wedges. Well on call with one of my good friends. I get to the window and let them scan my points and the girl at the window looks at me and says “don’t record me”. I tried to tell her that I wasn’t recording I’m on a call and she got totally rude with me and said “I know you were recording, I’m not stupid.” This is when I started getting mad, she took my money and proceeded to be extremely rude so I told her to watch her attitude and then she totally walks away from the window brings back another lady and they decide to refund me because i can’t record which MIND YOU I HAVEN’T RECORDED THIS HOLE TIME !

Read moreThe only Timmys I trust!! Jessica is the best - seriously her customer service makes a world of difference especially these days when kindness isn't as common as it once was. She always greets me with her big contagious smile and makes sure that my order is perfect every single time which trust me is BEYOND appreciated! There is also another very kind older woman who normally works the cash in the mornings unfortunately I can't remember her name at the moment but she's fantastic too and clearly knows how to do her job! I see her training all the time too and she's always patient and caring with her co workers and customers:) Both her and Jess deserve raises IMO! I actually go out of my way to visit this location!! Even though Tim's is a chain this particular one has always managed to maintain its local charm - the uniqueness of the staff and atmosphere really make this the best Tims...
