Eric is the person whom I dealt with a month ago to convert my 9g, 24k yellow gold broken bangle to a frame for my new 24k gold bar. He asked for $350 as a labor and I agreed. I insisted that he use the whole 9 grams for the frame, and he agreed. I asked him if he will waste some of the gold, and he said no, I will not waste any thing from it. Within 3 months of getting my engagement ring, a diamond fell out. I went back and had to pay $110 to have it replaced even though it was bad craftsmanship that caused it. I thought that would be the end of it. Flash forward to now, the diamond has once again fallen out, only 5 months later. Please do not buy from here, it will only lead to disappointment.
