Normally not one to complain as I work in food service but the interaction was weird. Handled a little poorly from my opinion as undercooked chicken is a major health and safety issue.
Originally we ordered three burger combos, a nugget combo and a six pack on the side. Some of the nuggets seemed soft so my partner asked to replace them. The woman told us to keep them which was nice and that we’d get a new pack. (My son loved this idea) when we got the new 6pcs my partner bit into one to cool it off for my 10m old. I’m glad he did as the chicken wasn’t cooked. I showed the girl who replaced them and she looked at the two nuggets I was holding and then went to the hot holders and cut open a nugget from there and repeated back to me that the nuggets in the tray where cooked. But maybe the fry basket was too full and the top of the nuggets wasn’t cooked. (Which is exactly what I had suggested) she walked away for a second to make it seem like she was inquiring about someone else handling the matter and when she got back alone I had questioned about a manger and she claimed she was the manger.
First time the nuggets didn’t seem fully cooked, second time they very clearly weren’t. Mistakes happen, but to be careless with chicken twice in the same meal is crazy. I am also questioning if my 6y old ate some raw chicken..
I was refunded for my 6pcs but still 🤮🤮🤮
I got no photos but you know...
Read moreWent through the drive through to get frostys with my mum. at the speaker we ordered a small half peppermint half chocolate frosty (the staff member taking our order said they could mix the flavours), a medium half peppermint half chocolate and a medium chocolate. I noticed that the screen said small for the plain chocolate so at the window my mum told the girl that she wanted the plain chocolate in a medium and that she would pay the extra. the girl at the window didn’t say anything and just stared at her confused so my mum repeated our order, the girl did not acknowledge it and just continued to stare at us. she briefly closed the window and then charged us the original price she stated at the speaker (about 9 dollars). she then closed the window and poured a small chocolate frosty and a medium chocolate frosty and handed us a small chocolate frosty a medium chocolate frosty and a medium half peppermint half chocolate. When my mum again repeated that we wanted a half and half in a small, a half and half in a medium, and a medium chocolate, she gave us the small half and half she previously poured and told us to keep the small chocolate that we did not order.
I can understand if we confused her but i’m just unsure why she didn’t ask us to clarify, and why she only stared at us whenever my mum...

That we had organized ahead of time to make it easier to distribute to our people with special needs for a special outing. Sachin made this one of the worst experiences for myself and our group. Our food was completely screwed up, missing orders, sizes messed up, not enough. There was no receipt printed off to make sure there was order and organization. The manager was a part of this chaos and did NOTHING to make it better. Only smirked at us when we asked for our remaining items and then gave rude looks and made smart comments about us. We were completely friendly and, as I said, organized, up til this point. We became equally as rude back since he didn’t care to do his job and make the situation better. Instead we were met with rudeness and a TERRIBLE example for the young folks working in his restaurant. I worked in restaurants for 12 years and know customer service like the back of my hand. This was the POLAR opposite. This man does NOT deserve to be the manger of a clipping his own nails let alone a restaurant. The owner is going to be notified. Our group of special needs folks deserve a much better...
