I had one of the worst experiences at Red Swan Pizza. We ordered two pizzas – one Spicy Paneer (which was good) and one Chicken Taco. The Chicken Taco pizza was completely messed up – soggy, unpleasant, and not at all edible.
When I called to complain, I had to repeat the same thing to three different people, and one of them didn’t even understand what “soggy” meant. Finally, I asked if they could either remake the pizza or give me a refund. The manager told me flat out “we can’t do anything because we don’t earn that much from the pizza” and added that “every other customer loved the Chicken Taco pizza.” Instead of listening to the problem, he dismissed my concern and was extremely rude.
To make things worse, I checked their Google reviews afterward, and I’m not the only one. There are already couple reviews complaining about the exact same Chicken Taco pizza with the same issues – soggy, poorly made, and bad customer service. Clearly, they know about the problem but don’t care to fix it.

Read moreabsolutely worst pizza ordering experience. pre ordered for delivery at 11, to be delivered at 12:30. called at 12:45 and was told there was a mix up and someone cancelled an order similar to mine and they weren’t sure if it was mine. was told they were gonna send my pizza out asap but to make up for the confusion, they would give me 2 2L pop, ($5 value for a $80 order) 1:30 rolls around and still nothing. so i call back and told it should be there shortly. pizza finally arrives over an hr later and guess what... no pop. so i call back again and here the same sorry sorry. we will bring back the pop. at this point i’m tired of being told we will bring it asap, and am told i can choose between having the pop brought to the house or 15% off my next order.. why in gods name would i order again from a place that not only doesn’t know how to deliver a pizza, but can’t even contact the guest to let them know there was a mix up or a delay in the delivery. horrible horrible service and customer satisfaction obviously means...
Read moreWe thought it would be a nice treat to treat our staff with these pizzas .. we made 4 orders between the 8 of us, and paid with our company card.. we sent a staff member to pick up.. We placed the orders at 230-3pm ... for a 6pm pick up..
The pizzas were NOT even ready . With over 3 hours NOTICE.. they still could prepare our order on time??.. then.. The man working the counter was absurd, spewing racial comments at my employee .. yelling at them in front of other customers - as they waited for the order to be prepared.
After this experience, we will no longer be ordering red swan from this location- and I will be emailing their head office about the disrespectful service and racial slurs towards my staff member.
I dont appreciate this kind of service, when we spent our hard earned money Here.
If giving this joke show of a pizza place No stars was an option, best believe I'd be leaving them Nada.
