I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experience at this Subway, I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place wasn’t interested in providing anything resembling quality service or food.
First off, the store was an absolute mess. The floors were sticky, and the counter was littered with crumbs, wrappers, and what appeared to be dried mustard stains. The atmosphere was bleak, with the fluorescent lights flickering intermittently. It honestly felt like a sad, forgotten relic of what used to be a bustling lunch spot.
When I approached the counter, there were two employees behind it, both looking as if they had just woken up from a nap. Neither of them greeted me—just a dead stare from one and a half-hearted grunt from the other. I tried to smile and give them a polite “Hello,” but it felt like I was interrupting their entire day.
Now, the sandwich. Oh, the sandwich. I ordered a simple turkey and Swiss on whole wheat. You’d think that would be straightforward, but no. First, the bread was stale—like it had been sitting out for hours. The ends were so hard, I could probably use them to hammer a nail into a wall. When I asked for extra turkey, the worker lazily grabbed a tiny handful of what looked like the dregs of a turkey loaf and slapped it on my bread, barely covering half the sandwich. I had to ask again for more, and even then, it was still a measly amount.
The cheese was no better—two slices of Swiss that were so thin, I could barely see them. They didn’t even melt properly when toasted; they just sat there, sad and unmelted, like they were mocking me for even expecting a decent meal. The veggies were not fresh either. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy and had clearly been sitting out for far too long, and the cucumbers tasted as though they had been pre-sliced days ago and left to wither under some fluorescent light.
And then, the condiments. I requested mayo and mustard, but the employee managed to spill half the mayo all over the counter while squeezing the bottle with far too much enthusiasm. The mustard? Barely any, even though I specifically asked for “a lot.” It was as if they didn’t care about delivering a satisfying experience.
Finally, the sandwich assembly was… a joke. The ingredients were all thrown together haphazardly. The bread was barely holding the filling inside, and by the time I got to the last bite, everything had fallen apart. I ended up with a limp, sad pile of soggy bread, cold turkey, and mushy veggies.
I attempted to say something about the state of the sandwich to the employees, but they just shrugged and offered no apology. No attempt to fix the problem. Just a look that said, “This is the best you’re going to get.”
In summary, this Subway is a disgrace. The food was terrible, the service was worse, and the cleanliness was borderline appalling. There are plenty of other fast-casual spots nearby that actually take pride in their food and service. This location should be avoided at all costs unless you want a sad, tasteless meal and a reminder of what a poorly run establishment looks like. I will never return, and I suggest you...
Read moreI went through the drive through at about 1250am July 21. I had just got off of a 16 hour shift and had pretty much no other ‘healthy’ option for food. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before I finally spoke because I thought they might have been closed, I then had to wait longer for the worker to be “ready” even though she had no one in the drive thru - I would respect if she did, but when I saw that no one was in there I was excited as I was famished. Finally she takes my order, was abrupt and rude as if I was inconveniencing her by ordering and being there … even though she is the one being paid And mamma Mia… the sandwich … Honestly this is a pathetic attempt at a subway… I got more bread than I did meat and veggies combined. From the photo you wouldn’t be able to tell I got bacon AND steak that’s how little there was. There is the tiniest bit of mayo on it.. and well let’s not talk about the amount of veggies because I think I would need a microscope at this point to see them. … oh and did I mention she forgot the lettuce… Now it’s not like my order was complicated .. 2 meats, 3 veggies and 1 sauce … but given the state of the sandwich that seemed like rocket science apparently.
If I would have known it was going to be like this, I would honestly have rather starved than gone here because this is a joke for $11 charge.
I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs and would not go here if you have any other options. And to be quite honest, nor will I be returning to this...

Subway... what can I say? I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this establishment recently, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster. It was as if the universe conspired against me, ensuring that every single element of my visit was a complete and utter failure. Oh, the irony.
Let's start with the drive-thru. Now, I understand that the concept of a drive-thru is supposed to be convenient, a way to swiftly acquire sustenance without the hassle of stepping foot inside the establishment. Well, at this Subway, the owners have managed to turn this convenience into a maddening ordeal. I sat in my car, idling away precious minutes of my life, as the staff moved at a glacial pace. I could feel my patience dwindling with each passing second.
But wait, the fun didn't end there! After placing my order, I was informed that it would take an eternity for my sandwich to be prepared. It was as if they were handcrafting each ingredient with meticulous precision, as if they were preparing a meal fit for a king. Newsflash, Subway, it's a sandwich, not a gourmet feast! I couldn't help but wonder if they were growing the vegetables in the back garden, so slow was the process.
The staff is devoid of any sense of urgency. If you value your sanity and time, I implore you to avoid this Subway...
