I have never been this angry after ordering food. We placed our delivery at 7:19 PM and didn’t receive it until 10:22 PM — more than three hours later. That kind of waiting is beyond unacceptable. We were six friends excited for a relaxing evening and instead spent the night frustrated and hungry. There were no real updates, no apologies, and no attempt to communicate what was happening.
When the order finally arrived, the food was cold, soggy in places, and completely lacking in flavor. Items were poorly packaged and some of the portions looked like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. After waiting three hours, the least we expected was food that tasted fresh and was still hot. Instead we got bland, unappetizing dishes that ruined the whole night.
This wasn’t a small hiccup — it was a total failure of basic customer service and food quality. I will never order from here again and strongly advise others to avoid it if you value your time and your money. Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve...
Read moreYou might want to review or change your menu so there's no confusion for customers or staff. Today, I ordered one Channa Masala for $13.00 and I asked for a Samosa. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed that I got one order of $13.00 Channa Masala and a big order of $ 10.99 Samosa covered in Channa. I called the restaurant to ask why my Samosas were covered in Channa. The person who answered the phone said that it comes like that. I just looked at your menu online and it states that you sell Veggie Samosa with Chutney $2.00 and you also sell Veggie Samosa with Channa for 10.99. The person who took my order gave me something that I didn't ask for and I paid for it. Not only did I spend more money on something I didn't want but I bought all this food that I can't eat by myself. $28.00 dollars Definitely can't bring all this food with me on my road trip. Very disappointing. Not...

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. I ordered garlic naan, and it was not fresh at all—dry, hard, and almost impossible to eat. We also ordered malai kofta, and to my shock, the kofta balls were clearly frozen, not freshly made. On top of that, the dish was extremely salty and completely inedible.
We ended up paying $25.17 for food we couldn’t even eat. We left it almost untouched. To make things worse, the customer service was poor and unprofessional. When I politely shared my concerns, the staff simply said, “Okay, I’ll let the manager know”—no apology, no attempt to make it right.
It honestly felt like a nightmare. If you’re hoping to enjoy Indian cuisine, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are much better options around—do yourself a favor and...
