Mad Hatter's Table — Restaurant in Innisfil

I came across this little coffee spot during a road trip and didn’t know what to expect! I was surprised when I pulled up to see such a cozy little nook nestled on the road. The inside screams “cozy” as well, but it didn’t scream “mad hatter”. The decor wasn’t very crazy, it didn’t have many homages to the beloved character but still had charm nonetheless. I got a maple latte and some energy bites. The latte was a bit too runny for my liking but it tasted amazing! The atmosphere is what won me over though, it’s the perfect spot to come and chill with some family and friends, read a book, grab a cup of coffee and gossip! Kind of like the perfect hallmark movie coffee shop for some feel good vibes. It feels very inviting and the service was short and sweet. No pressure to order like the big chain spots and the server calmly and politely gave us her take on the menu. They also have a small spot at the back of the shop for some marketplace goods. We had delicious peppermint white chocolate coffee and an amazing omlette. The service excellent. Though the omlette was not on the menu, they graciously offerred to prepare it and even asked for our requirements. My husband was terribly missing his peppermint coffee and he loved their coffee. He wanted to buy the ingredients, but they were home made and not for sale.

The price was economical for the customization and the place pristine.

The place is spacious enough to sit in and dine. But because of Covid restrictions, there is currently no dine in.

We wanted to visit them again during our way back, but missed them as we took the highway back to Toronto.

But we know where we will find an amazing culinary experience, next time we are in that part...

Such a cute little cafe in cooks town! Sad that it doesn’t even appear on google maps when you search for a coffee shop on the way! The barista was lovely and kind and checked if the amount of sugar she was gonna add to my order was enough 🥹 when was the last time that happened in a coffee shop! I miss going to such lovely cafes. As an Alice wonderland fan, it was truly a treat. The almond energy balls are out of the world delicious! We are on the way home on a road trip. I wish I had more time to do some shopping in here. They seem to have cute little stuff from local creators!

And you think a cafe cannot be cuter than this and they hand over your beverages in compostable cups!
