We recently ordered from Nonna’s Cucina in Innisfil and were absolutely blown away. Crystal, the owner, is truly amazing — you can feel the love and passion she puts into every dish.
The food was beyond delicious — fresh, flavourful, and made with such care. My husband is usually sensitive to sauces and often gets heartburn if they’re too heavy or not made right. But not this time! He devoured his entire meal and even used the leftover bread to soak up every last drop of sauce. Not a single bite was left behind — and that says everything.
You can honestly taste the difference when food is made with love, and Crystal delivers just that. If you’re looking for incredible homemade Italian food for your next event or family gathering, Nonna’s Cucina is the one to call. Highly, highly...
Read moreSo I just came back from picking up two veals from Nonna's Cucina in Innisfil. You have to order ahead for take-out only. First I have to say that I am a bit of a veal aficionado. In the 70's and 80's it was San Francisco veals that had the thumbs up. From the 90's onward its been San Antonio veals. But now, 2024, I am stumped? I will have to go back for my own second opinion. My first opinion, DELICIOUS. It reminded me of a love song....yes, it was that GOOD! The sauce, super tasty and the right thickness, not runny. The bun held everything together but the star of the show was the veal, lightly breaded (the way it should be), tender, tasty and plentiful. Wow. This is a premium sandweech. Thank...
Read moreNonna's Cucina…Well like a lot of other people here I’ve bit the bullet and had her veal sangwiches for dinner. As a long time veal sangwich eater, from the original San Francisco on Clinton st in Toronto to countless California Sandwich branches and too many to name in between, I’ve gotta say, hers are top drawer in my book. Hearty tender pieces of veal, fresh buns, creamy provolone cheese, mushrooms and a tasty sauce!! Do yourself and your family a favour and order up some of these treasures. I‘d go back just to smell the scent of her kitchen. Bravo to you Nonna’s for bringing some great Italian cooking to...
