Having moved to NS a few years ago, I now rarely eat lobster rolls - they always seem to underwhelm me, and for the price (expensive as they always are), I'd rather make them at home (which of course I rarely do). That said, I had a good feeling about The Crab Shack and eecided it was time to try again. We had the Crabster and the Crab Breton'r - these were not your normal lobster rolls - a definite step above! From the perfectly buttered and toasted fresh brioche bun to the mounds of beautifully dressed lobster and snow crab... wow. Service was great, chefs in back were obviously proud of what they have created - great job! Thanks for fulfilling my fantasy lobster roll... I could NOT make this at home!! Lucky to get here on the day before closing for the season... will be back next year!
