A very funday Sunday for the Sylvester family.. We seen a advertisement a while back to visit this particular small business. We are always on the road traveling together in our local neighboring cities and small towns to meet and very fun experiences with everyone we meet.A kind conversation with patrons at Josie's Frssh cut fries were an absolute delight. As was the owner Josie Dubu..She is very friendly and very excellent at her profession. I am very delighted to have experienced her wonderful small business as was my young adults traveling with me. A definite honorable mention and recommendation. The fries and poutines...

I have been to a lot of chip trucks, especially in Barrie. As money get tight people are looking for a deal. Hoping to get what they pay for. Josie’s seems to try to tick the boxes but comes short.

Fries are average, under seasoned, little small not thick and crispy. I paid over $7.00 for a small fries and pop.

That’s kinda expensive when you think it only took them 1 1/2 potatoes to make my order.

Give people quality, portions and crispy fries. And don’t control the salt, pepper and ketchup by limiting them to how much they can have. I will try again some day hopefully I just came...

Kind of disappointing. The poutine was over $10.00 for a medium and the gravy wasn't good and with mozzarella cheese instead of curds. I also got a sausage which was good but instead of putting on my own toppings like all other chip trucks I had to tell the employee what I wanted on it and the toppings were very light. Seems like they're pinching pennies while under delivering. It has good potential, just needs more care and attention. Hoping this helps both customer...
