This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I’ve never been to a restaurant in Canada where staff speak to customers so disrespectfully. The lady at the front had no idea how to talk to people.
I was there to pick up an order for delivery. Since my delivery bag doesn’t have a sturdy bottom, I didn’t put the order inside right away because it included ice cream. There was a high risk that the ice cream would spill before I could reach my vehicle. My plan was to place it in the bag once it was securely on the car seat.
However, the employee shouted at me in an unpleasant tone, saying, “Hey you, put it in your bag right now!” I was shocked by how rude she was and want to advise her to learn how to speak to others with respect. The way she spoke to me might be acceptable in her country, but here in Canada, people are more respectful towards each other. It was especially humiliating to be spoken to like that in front of others.

I called the manager when I got home he told me to bring all the food back and would give me something else. Is he gonna pay for my gas to come back all the way there.I will not recommend this place to anybody will never go back.
