Cutting Board Bistro & Bakery — Restaurant in Kamloops

So freaking good! Everything is gluten free, they have vegan options, everything made in house and they have baked goods as well as incredible meals.

The flavours are unreal and while I left absolutely stuffed, I don't have to worry about a reaction. And for those having a hard time finding gluten free beer, they have it...to stay or take home.

The owners/staff were lovely. Very helpful with my dietary restrictions and recommendations. This is the first time I have been out to eat since getting sick & diagnosed as celiac a couple months ago, that I didn't feel like a pain in the a** while ordering. It was so much fun speaking with the owners about their food. What an amazing place! I had the Clucking Lebanese...the flavours and the soft, wonderful, housemade pita blended together perfectly.

I also tried their vegan Rasberry Chocolate cookie and it was so decadent and soft...dreamy! I may have a grabbed a couple of treats for later too. (It's been a while without a really good, rich, chocolatey baked treat lol.)

I had no idea that gluten free was so delicious and satisfying. This was my first time eating here and what a pleasant surprise. Pancakes with strawberries & REAL whipped cream and hashbrowms Breakfast tacos with pico de gallo and hashbrowns. Great portions , cooked very clean and no bloated feeling. Ashley is the owner and was the server and she is AWESOME ! It's a very cozy , inviting , clean & happy environment that I will definitely be returning to. Thank you Cutting Board for being so absolutely delicious. Gluten free food that did NOT cost me a lot. So happy. Oh yes , all food is made on site. The baked goods are also phenomenal ! Wow. They taste EXACTLY the same as gluten items. This is definitely a great place to go , whether or not you want to eat gluten free or have to , I highly recommend this...

Wow! Like I'm so sorry I haven't posted this review sooner 😢 I absolutely love this place 💕 Always a pleasant aroma and some great gluten free twists on classic dishes. I'm avoiding sweets but going here sometimes just can't help myself 😂 I found these great folks through my niece and here's hoping others don't need such connections to find this gem, however I'd be well within my right to say 🤫 and keep this off the grid but they even had decaf and it was delightful, no bitterness. Friendly and polite. Maybe by chance my last visit for eggs benny had a little heart on the plate. I know it wasn't put there on purpose, but it goes to the vibe...
