My name is Scott. (A.K.A. DJ Pantha of DifferNet Web Radio) I am a big eater so I was a little leary at first, about $27+ for a single order for one person. I expected I'd get just enough that I'd probably need a double order. It had been a long time since I had eaten Chinese food and was definitely wanting it so, I bit the bullet and took a chance on a restaurant I'd never tried before. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was there plenty to fill me up completely but, the food was absolutely exquisite. Extremely well done. I was promised it would be at my door within an hour. 27 minutes later I was being handed my order. It arrived steaming hot. I must say that I haven't enjoyed a meal of ANY kind as much I did that one for a few years. Under "Combination for One Dinners" on their web site, I went with the $17.50 "Moon Wok Special for One" and four spring rolls. A nice hearty meal for one person. True even for us big eaters! I highly recommend it. Staff was warm, pleasant and patiently took the time on the phone to make sure I was getting what I wanted and even offered recommendations. (Which I ended up taking.) It was a good experience all the way around for me. I shall be making a point of doing this again! Ten thumbs up! (What? Hey I have at least 4 friends!) I almost NEVER give 5 stars but I'd like it noted that if I was able, I'd have given 4 1/2. So despite the four stars, you can consider it 4 1/2!

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I'm using my daughter's google account to post this review. I ordered from this place today for the first time. Ordered a fair size meal for $75 since it is a new place. It took over two hours to get delivered, and was cold when it got here. When I called the restaurant to let them know, the manager Karen, offered me one of two choices. 20% off my next order, which I nor anyone I know will be ordering from here again. OR I could wait another possible TWO HOURS for more cold food that I have to microwave! I am also disgusted with the food. It smells delicious but it is so cold. And the microwave changes how it tastes. So I'm not only dissatisfied but also sad. And to top it off Karen gave me attitude when I declined her offers, so I directly let her know that I'd be writing this review. I was hopeful to find my family a new place to eat delicious Chinese food, but I was wrong to choose here.
Edit: The day time management reached out to us and gave us a credit. We decided to redeem that credit at a different location (South Shore) on 03-03-24. We also picked it up. It was much better and we will be returning but for pick up only so no delivery issues arise again. Thanks to Andrea for all of her help. And thanks the staff at South Side location for being so attentive with our...
Read moreVery disappointed with the outrageous prices for what they give you for food comparison to other Chinese restaurants near by. Order a Large wonton soup, Pork chowmein and Chicken in black bean sauce. They told me it was $50ish dollars and right then I was surprised for 3 dishes? Since a dinner for 2 was only $37.50 for more dishes. When I arrived to pick up my food I couldn't believe they were gonna charge me $16 for 1 small container of wonton soup!!!??? I ask them is that a large wonton soup?? They said yes and I told them that's unacceptable since I get 2 or even 3 bowls that are even bigger then theirs from Oriental Express or Lee's Chinese restaurant. I was definitely not paying that price so I left. Server came running out after me for another explanation so I told him again that those prices for what your giving your customers is unacceptable, nor am I gonna pay that price. So I went over to Lee's Chinese restaurant got 2x containers of wonton soup $15.95, pork chowmein $13.95 which was way cheaper and chicken in black bean $18.95. So I paid less for more. I run a pub & liquor in this town and trust me I know the prices of food etc... will not...
