It was our first time in the restaurant tonight....My husband ordered a Burrito, he could barely eat half of it because it was pure mush and was put in the microwave after is was made for way too long...why put it in the microwave? We also ordered some nachos with beef. We get those, no beef...They get taken back to the kitchen. The cook doesn't make new nachos, just piles beef and more sour cream on top....wow...I ordered a soft taco with NO guacamole and extra sour cream....I get, LOTS of guacamole and NO sour cream....sent that back...they made it right that time, but waaaay too much sour cream. They also heated the soft taco in the microwave for waaay too long and it was mush and waaaay too hot...I had three bites....it was horrible. We did get good service and the employees were very apologetic. We were given a $5 off coupon for their mistakes....which we left with most the food we couldn't stomach on the table....$5 off coupon??? In short: 1: Food is great 2: Customer service doesn't exist 3: CHECK EVERYTHING if you are getting take out. 4: THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ALLERGIES UNLESS YOU LITERALLY GET THE MANAGER OUT FRONT.

The soft and hard tacos and the Mexi fries are the only thing i have gotten so far from here.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK FOR ALL ALLERGIES. After being assured there was no dairy in my meal, it turns out whomever was cooking didnt bother reading the "NO CHEESE" part of my order.

Spent the night in the hospital from an anaphylactic reaction.

During this someone i was with called and all they offered was a "meal credit" for almost dying because their staff didn't bother doing their job.

When i went in to get that meal i asked for my entire order comped because of the fun time slowly dying.

The best they could offer was my meal and 25%. Probably the last time i eat here because of this mess and a POOR response to it.

I usually have the best experience here! Unfortunately tonight’s service at the North Shore location was unexpected and I left feeling disappointed. Our server was rude, blunt and unpleasant. Even tried joking with her but she stayed silent. When she brought The appetizers out, she didn’t Ieave us any cutlery. When my guest went to counter to ask for the cutlery, she rudely said she’s bringing more food out, meanwhile holding the cutlery in her hands, so my guest returned empty handed. Surpremeo mexi fries aren’t exactly finger food. And usually you eat appys first then the rest of the meal comes out. I’m starving and pregnant; so I went to ask for the cutlery, she snapped “ I know, I’m bringing more food out!” Still not giving us the stupid cutlery. Like why couldn’t she just be nice and hand it over? I’ve no problem with food coming at same time but why make us feel like we’re demanding the impossible?
