I like burger king and all but when we went to this location specifically we had the most frustrating experience I ever could imagine at a fast food restaurant. After a long trip from Alberta we were famished and BK was the closest open restaurant we could find. We had a sizable order that was for 10 people. So, naturally we expected delays. After a few minutes of waiting in the parking lot we were met by Ellis a burger king employee saying that he had our orders, although it may be bagged somewhat disorganized. We then took his word for it and went on to our car. We checked our orders and nearly half were missing. So we went back told him that there were alot missing and he tried to help us once more. After 15 minutes of waiting he came with the wrong order AGAIN. After explaining it to him with great detail why the order was wrong again, he proceeded to take our receipts to check. Another 10 minutes pass and he came back with the wrong stuff again only to forget that he took our receipts now arguing with us. We went through the drive through again talking to a different employee who was reasonable unlike Ellis. So we got our order properly now and proceeded home with cold food, tired eyes, and a well earned disgust for burger king
TL;DR this branch doesnt have a good hiring system and makes its customer service about as good as making a wild monkey a waiter, you're better off just completely avoiding it and eat...
Read more1 star straight across the board... would have been no stars if that were an option. The lady running the drive through on September 27th, in the evening around 8:q30. She was absolutely miserable!! From the moment she "greeted" us, you could hear it in her voice how unhappy she was. We don't have a BK in our town, so we needed a few minutes to go over the menu, when we asked for the time, she said "okay... I was just greeting you to the drive-through." My husband and I both looked at eachother and said "whoa!" Then as we were almost ready, she came back and said "are you ready to order yet?" Once we were done ordering and we drove up to the window, it was the same lady and she was even less pleasant in person. When she brought us our food, she actually shoved it out the window to my husband and immediately slammed the window shut without saying a word. I have never been treated so horribly. We were so disgusted by the whole interaction that neither of us wanted to eat the food. We ended up tossing the entire bag away. To say the least, this woman managed to ruin our entire experience. Anyways... I get that everyone has a bad day sometimes, but professionalism and politeness goes a long way in...

The manager (Erin) is a complete joke, she was sighing like we were inconveniencing her - drove through to pay for our order, went to talk and she went “shhhhhh” with a sour face all while pointing at her headpiece. Uh tf? Then proceeded to snicker and roll her eyes when asked to add two things to our order like it was taking too much energy that she needed to save up. Gave us the atm and slammed the window, came back five minutes later shoved the food then drinks in our face and slammed the window shut again.
Then we leave and notice stuff is missing, so we go in and this chick is literally treating her staff like trash, along with the customers. Talk about an absolute psycho, clearly has anger issues and was taught at a young age that it’s alright to take it out on others. Not anyone’s issue if you’re having a bad day, we all have them, leave your issues at home like the rest...
