Papa Murphy's Pizza — Restaurant in Kamloops

Honestly, haven’t even tried the pizza yet, still have to bake it. However, had such a lovely customer service experience I just couldn’t wait. Visited 29/03/2023 around 5pm. Never tried Papa Murphy’s so had no clue how it worked, the lady working was so nice and double-checked that we understood how it worked and what it meant when we chose to bake our own pizza. She said it would be about 10 minutes to prepare the order so we sat in our car. To our surprise, she came and brought the pizza out to us!!! So unexpected. We didn’t want to go in too early and have her feel rushed since 3 people came in after us. But once she finished dealing with them, she popped out super speedy, made sure we understood the instructions and off she went. 10/10...

Every new business has its bumps. Went to pick up my preorder and was told there was no record of it and therefore it wasn’t ready. Left the store and then was called to say that my order was ready and waiting. The staff acknowledged the mix up and was very apologetic. They promised to make it up to us which they did and they added a bit extra too. Problems happen but it’s how they are dealt with that makes customers come back or not. Our family has been exclusively ordering from Papa Murphy’s since they first opened in Valleyview. We will continue to be dedicated customers. Their customer service is exceptional—knowing us by our first names, remembering our regular order, and even gifting us after the birth of our first child.
