Pita Pit — Restaurant in Kamloops

Horrible experience. Was ignored for 5 minutes after 2 employees seen me out front. An employee came from the back with her mouth full of food and was chewing with her mouth open while talking to me. Absolutley disgusting. I had a gift card i called in about earlier. When I showed it to them they tried to tell me it was not for pita pit when pita pit is clearly stated on the card. They then called a number and spent 10 minutes on the phone and we're trying to take my order while on the phone. 2 other were waiting in line at this time and were not acknowledged. They ended up walking out. And over top of the eating out front and chewing abnoxiosly with a mouth full of food the one employee was cooking non pita pit food in the fryer while the other was making my order. Will not return. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE.

We tried to place a large order, paid the order and left a generous tip. We received a call and were told they were out of gyro which to be fair is very possible and understandable. However, we then received a second call and were told they were out of pita. How on earth is PITA Pit out of pita? We feel as though they just did not want to make our order. We then tried to place the order at a different location and were told they were too busy to make our order. We had to take our business somewhere else and do not plan on ordering...

Very clean and bright! All the ingredients looked fresh and tasted amazing! We ordered the zesty chicken option and it was packed with fresh tomatoes and cucumber and all the ingredients being good portions it was so delicious! The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made the whole experience such a pleasure! The workers were happy and even when one of the bosses came in they all had such a good vibe together. What a great addition...
