PrimeTime Donair & Poutine — Restaurant in Kaskitayo

The donair and burger meat taste weird and gamey like deer meat which i personally find gross and dont like ( personal preference), ive never seen a donair that has chunks of meat instead of thinly sliced succulent seasoned donair meat ( not the vendor who delivers to 95% of donair shops), a donair should have sliced meat so it gets cooked properly and benefiting the consistency and giving some opportunity for some crispiness, and purple onions should never be used , only white/yellow onions cut in chunks instead of thin slices, that being said after that weird taste from the burger I stopped going to this location, I hope they take this as constructive criticism and not hate , the primetime in southgate is All good their burger tastes good, the sautéed doesn't make prime time standout , it was gimmicky to me when first location did it, the souvlaki/ gyro (authentic greek from Greece is from another world) i miss it, i wish they can research the souvlaki/gyros with tomatoes and chunks onions taziki thinly sliced beef and lamb mix with the souvlaki bread (it's thicker but light) would be a cool item to bring on and would help marketing, will be giving and update and giving this location a 3rd chance, finger crossed, problem is employees take the criticism as hate instead of advice, ego must be dropped to listen...

I’m usually a fan of prime time my wife and I frequently order from the new Southgatemall location and have never had a problem until we Uber eats from this location. They totally mess up. Our order. Both salads were made exactly the same without sautéed veggies fresh onions put on both when only one was supposed to get fresh onions and totally didn’t put any banana peppers on it and when I call the store and let them know the guy that answers the phone just him blames it on his employees and that they’re new, which is very unfair! My wife and I tried to eat the salads but the meat tasted burnt and it was unpalatable will still go to primetime donair just not...

I ordered a chicken poutine, and got mixed instead , this is the second time this has happened I specifically asked before picking order to make sure you have packed the correct order and the girl working on Saturday 29, 2023 shift at 12:30 said yes she had made sure I called back obviously upset and asked her name to which she refused and said i cant pay you from my pocket .
