This store probably has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier gives some serious attitude towards customer. Instead of helping the customers about the menu she makes them feel bad about asking in the first place. I understand that with covid, people are wearing mask and there are barrier shields in place which makes it hard for both the customer and the cashier to hear each other well. But what I do not understand is why the cashier needs to be so rude to customers when she cannot hear them well. My order was punched in wrong because she did not hear me well and I could not really make corrections about my order because the screen was too far from my sight, and I was not given a receipt. I received my order and I kept telling her that I ordered something different but she went off with giving me glares. My point is, maybe give receipts to customers so they can make sure you got the right orders because two tables from the counter makes it hard for others to peek onto the screen. Also, do not shout at your customer because you cannot hear them well. Learn to have a little bit of manners because you clearly lack a lot of that. Instead of yelling “I can’t hear you!!” maybe say “pardon me” OR “sorry I can’t hear you can you repeat what you said?”. The cashier’s treatment towards customers is just utterly disgusting. Read moreVery poorly managed store with terrible customer service. I placed an order online and received confirmation that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I have placed online orders from this business many times prior and had no issues with pickup. Whenever an order is placed, the order should be fulfilled based on placement of the order. After waiting 22 minutes in-store and seeing all the other customers that arrived much later than when I placed my order get their drinks, I went to the counter to question why I had not received my order. The lady in charge I assume is the manager or owner gave a very weak response and said that they prioritize in store customers before the online orders and that any online orders had to inform the desk and then they would start the order. That makes absolutely no sense. Online platforms are made for pre orders and for convenience. If you messed up an order and made a mistake by forgetting to make the order, own up to it and apologize instead of making up some ridiculous excuse and lie to a customer and try to undermine the intelligence of the customer. The response is so ridiculous and appalling that I had to write a review to express my disappointment. By the time I picked up my drinks, it was 1:27pm and I placed my order at 12:58pm.. Making a customer wait almost half an hour and not even apologizing, is not acceptable.
