I’d like to say that I have been to Boston Pizza here in lindsay a few times but this past Saturday was the worst experience I’ve had there yet.
The girl providing service did her job well but for the lack of people in the place she only came to ask us if we needed anything once I. About 45 minutes of being there. The rest of the time I didn’t see her at all.
Endless refills for pop is nice… when you have someone to ask for a refill. There was no water provided to our table, I’m unsure if this is a boston pizza thing or not. However after not seeing out waitress / finishing my beverage it would have been nice to have at least some water at the table.
The child’s seat was dirty… they put Saran Wrap over the table portion to prevent it from getting dirty… however under the Saran Wrap it was dirty and the seat itself was sticky. These seats are for young children and it was like they wiped it down after wiping off the tables…
As for the tables. My wife sat at her table with dried ketchup on the edge of it. So it wasn’t clean. The carpets were not cleaned recently and two of the six menu’s we received had dried food / condiments inside of the menu also not cleaned.
Now while I rated the food a 4 because it was tasty. I do have another complaint. When we ordered a meal for our son we asked for veggies. Nothing too crazy there. The carrots looked like they were cut up days ago, shriveled at the ends and as far as I’m concerned not edible being that it should be essentially perfect when paying money for a meal. He’s still little and couldn’t eat non softened carrots anyways so it really was no problem but it is an issue. If they are willing to give veggies like that to children it makes me wonder what else they are willing to do to save a buck.

Read moreAs a family who eats out a lot we generally enjoy our experiences here… until tonight. We came to celebrate our sons 19th Birthday. From start to finish it was very disappointing. Nachos had so scarce toppings that you basically got stale tortilla chips with salsa and sour cream on the side. My husband had a burger and fries, he thought the burger was decent but very little fries which was good I guess because they were not very good and they were cold… guess he should have ordered gravy to warm them up! My son had tacos which seemed to have very little filling and were just boring on the plate. I had steak with veg and Caesar salad. The salad was sitting in the pool of blood from the steak and was inedible. Broccoli was dull and lifeless with absolutely no seasoning. Spoke with the Manager who seemed nice enough and told us that he would provide a substantial discount on the steak dinner and provide us with a dessert. We received the dessert on the house which was nice, however, when the bill came there was no discount on the steak at all! The only good thing about the evening was the fact that they did come and sing a happy birthday jingle for our son. I understand that the cost of everything has gone up and I expect to be paying more these days, but if you are going to charge more you should be paying attention to the details and make customers feel like they are still getting a quality product, not actually getting less for more. Read moreSo I ordered a delivery order through doordash, was super excited to try the pizza trio offer they have as I saw it as a great opportunity, small portions wide variety, which is hard. Considering our current financial climate it's not something you see much of anymore. Ive been in the food service industry for 13 years and couldnt wait to see how it would be.... But yet again door dash let me down (and let's be real their absolutely terrible we need skip the dishes) but one thing I can say is Kelsey, forgive me if I spelt it wrong, was FANTASTIC with me on the phone. Did her absolute best to rectify the situation and make things right, even answering my calls and helping me after they had closed. I don't know how the pizza was as I never got it, but I can say if the rest of the staff is as polite and helpful as her your going to have a good experience 👌 moral of the story is just go get it yourself or eat in store but if the rest of staff is as polite and helpful as Kelsey it's going to be a good experience.
