Pizza Hut pizza is my favourite of the chains so my review is ,perhaps, a little biased. This restaurant has a buffet from 11am-2pm and on Monday and Tuesday 4pm-8pm. Buffett includes a variety of pizzas, pasta, and salad. Free refills for sodas. 2 people for the buffet and 2 bottomless drinks including taxes is $30. Now, if you've never tried the dessert pizza, AKA cherry or Apple, because it looks terrifying that somebody would put dessert toppings on a pizza crust don't be afraid. I give it a pass. I have tried it and it is delicious. So if you're afraid take the plunge. We had a cute female waitress serving us and she was very friendly and professional. Most of the staff are very young and with all the horsing around in the back and the swearing amongst themselves could be overheard easily in the dining room. I feel some people may be disturbed by the way they act after all they're all in their 20s and I doubt this is going to be their lifetime career. That is why they lost a star. They kept up with the pizzas so there is always 6 pizzas out there with lots of different choices. The salad bar was a little lacking because it was just romaine lettuce with bits of tomato croutons and grated Parmesan. The salad dressings were Italian ranch and Caesar. What happened to Thousand Island? All in all for two people to dine with bottomless drinks $30 for all-you-can-eat is pretty good. The restrooms are very clean and the restaurant is very clean. Lots of parking out front.

Bad pricing structure: recently placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and was surprised that the total came to $24. When I later visited the Pizza Hut website, I saw that a large veggie pizza with two toppings is priced around $16 including tax. This seems quite inconsistent and unfair—especially considering a cheese pizza has fewer ingredients than a veggie pizza. There’s nothing special or additional in a plain cheese pizza to justify the higher cost. please review your pricing structure or clarify why this discrepancy exists?

Hey there! I had a great experience with this pizza place. Even though they don't have dine-in, there are good reasons for it. We ordered again tonight, and the pizza was fantastic! We got a medium meat lovers and a medium ham, pepperoni, and onion pizza. They were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff at the take-out counter was super friendly and courteous too. We'll definitely be ordering from them again soon. Oh, and by the way, it's a take-out only location, and there's a Taco Bell in the same building.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering pizza from here last week. We had ordered 2 medium pizzas. The first one was a custom made with 3 toppings which turned out fine. The second on the other hand was suppose to be a simple cheese pizza with an Alfredo sauce base. We had ordered around 8:15 pm and received the delivery about 50 minutes later a bit after 9 pm. This is where everything goes downhill.

The first pizza arrived fine and was just average in taste. The second pizza on the other hand was missing the Alfredo sauce that we had asked for. Instead, it had the tomato sauce which causes stomach pain for my wife so she likes to get the Alfredo base instead. We called up Pizza Hut explaining the problem and we were told to wait another 20-25 mins and they will send over the right pizza. We waited another 50 minutes to give them more time since nothing had showed up at our door. We called again and they said the pizza is already delivered and if it’s not it should be delivered soon. So, we decided to wait again another 30 mins and still nothing. I decided to call back one last time 30 mins before the store was suppose to close saying we still haven’t received anything. I had the Pizza Hut customer service tell me that they tried to contact the store and it’s closed. All they were able to do was offer me apologies and give me a $25 credit for our next order.

We ended up waiting over 2 and a half hours from start to finish with my wife still starving and the store completely lying to us about the order being on its way or it being delivered. Then proceeding to ignore the third call of the customer service representative 30 minutes before closing. I’m not sure how this store is able to operate with a staff that simply didn’t care that night. It was a simple cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce. We ended up calling dominos after this experience and the exact same cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce was at our door...

I have only been to this Pizza Hut a couple of times and then only ordered pizza. This date I attended with my wife and another couple. I ordered a coors light and asked for a slice of lime for it. I was informed that they did not have any limes as they were not an approved item however they did have they did have lemons. Who ever heard of lemons in beer. Next I ordered wings with fries. When my fries came the waitress put down ketchup and walked away. I had to walk to the kitchen to ask for vinegar and I was told that vinegar was not an approved item for Pizza Hut and therefore they did not stock it. I feel the waitress should have informed me of this when I ordered the fries as I'm sure I'm not the first person to order fries and go looking for vinegar. This is obviously an American company which is too self absorbed to understand the culture and customs of Canada. Canadians use vinegar on fries. This is Canada. Not the United States. Somebody wake this company up. When operating in Canada, cater to Canadians. And hire and train smarter waiters. I totally recommend avoiding this location just due to their ignorance. Besides the food was just...
