Subway — Restaurant in Kelowna

I used to love going to this location as it was one of my favorite places to go in town,because there is usually wonderfully well mannered young human beings behind the counter. But last night,Friday April 29 2017 was a COMPLETELY different story! Not only did the young ladies working have no soup on,considering they have coupons out for a soup and sandwich deal. But I dont think I've EVER come across such disrespectful rude ignorant women in my life! They kept rolling thier eyes at each other, talking rudely between them about customers IN FRONT of customers. But they kept giving every person that walked in a dirty look, because I was there in the middle of a rush! They were rude to everyone they delt with while I was in line,and even stopped making the person's sandwich IN FRONT of me to rush me out of the store because I was commenting on how rude and unprofessional they were being. They were ALSO out of white,and parm oregano buns. IN THE MIDDLE OF A DINNER RUSH!! I will NEVER go there again if I see ither one of them behind the counter!! I would give them a -1000% if I could!! WORSE SERVICE...

From the moment I stepped in, he greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer. He was extremely polite, patient, and attentive while preparing my sandwich, making sure every detail was just the way I wanted. What stood out the most was his professionalism and positive attitude—he worked quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality. He handled the rush with ease, stayed calm and friendly, and gave personalized attention to every customer in line. My sandwich was made perfectly, and his customer service skills truly elevated the experience. Employees like Ankush make a huge difference in customer satisfaction. His dedication, work ethic, and pleasant demeanor reflect greatly on your store and the Subway brand overall. I genuinely believe his efforts deserve recognition, and I hope his hard work does not go unnoticed. I went here at 20 to 10 on Sat night, Sept, 8/21. The person behind the count would not even look at me. She kept herself busy by wiping down the food area, the trays with tomatoes, pickles etc. She ignored me while cleaning and every tray had food in them. She would put the cloth she was using, in the bucket of water [and soap I imagine] and of course it would drip in the food. It looked so unsanitary to me that I left. She handled the food trays with the same gloves she was wearing to clean! So because of her rotten customer service and seeing how poorly she cleaned in front of me, I wondered how well they clean when nobody is standing right there! I will not eat there ever, it looked...
