2nd Update: They still keep up the quality of the burgers they make. They still taste fresh, nice and delicious. The price and the portions seem to be still fair compared to other burger chains and many other places. The young guy I mentioned in my previous experiences seem to have improved himself in communication, I had a satisfying time last time I was there. Thank you!

Update: I came here two more times recently and I kinda don't like the brown man standing at the front and taking orders. When I tell him what I want on the menu, he just looks at my face and seems to not understand what I am saying and I have to repeat it louder but he still doesn't get it. When I ask for less seasoning on my fries, he stares at the screen as if I'm asking for something impossible. He doesn't pay attention to what u are saying and he barely smiles as if he is being forced to work there. It is always an hassle everytime I order with him. It was my first time here and I loved it! I was expecting it to be just another burger place but no! The burger I had was super delicious and it was huge! Their portions were huge in general! The burger patty was quite juicy tho it may need some more seasoning. The fries are fresh and crispy. I liked their onion rings as well even tho they are not the best. A huge shoutout to Michelle and Regie for their outstanding service — they made the entire experience special. Michelle, in particular, goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued, and Regie brought a friendly, positive vibe that made us feel right at home.

We ordered two 1/2 lb Fatburgers with the fries and drinks combo, and they were hands down some of the best burgers we’ve had in Kelowna. The patties were thick, juicy, and cooked perfectly, with melty cheese and fresh toppings that really hit the spot. The fries were crispy and golden, and the drinks made it a perfect combo meal.
