The customer service was horrible. The girl there with white cap was so rude and ignorant. It’s my request to the owner please teach these girls customer service, basic manners and good communication skills and importantly tell them to tell truth to customer/ driver that how long will they take to make the order. When I went there the place was not busy at all. Just one another customer and I was there to pickup my doordash delivery. Upon my asking how much time she said 5 mins. After 5 mins I asked her, is the order ready she said smilingly another 5 mins. Okay..! After 10 mins I am asking her is order ready.. Nope Starting yelling at me that I am not a machine , i am also working. So fine you are not a machine, but the order was not big and the store was not busy at all…. A customer was already being helped by the other girl working there. And the girl who was making my order, left the order in between and started helping and talking to that customer🤷🏼‍♀️. When I asked again why are you not making my order its already 30 mins I am waiting. She started fighting with me and forced me to cancel the order.I still waited for order however she stopped making the order. She did not make the order and left it. I am not going to make your order. I am going to help the customers as customers are our guests. Nice, whole store has to help the one customer 🤣🤣. I have seen this happening only at this place that both the girls working has to cater to one customer and not cater the online orders.. as people who order online are not their customers. Don’t go to this place drivers especially. Only go if you want to waste your time and afterwards getting yelled at for no reason. Horrible experience and senseless girl dont know...

The food here is so good but the worker helping as was so rude. My friend and I had come in to the restaurant to order some food a few days ago, because this place was popular we thought it’d be a nice experience. My friend is very introverted so usually I order the food. I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see the menu very well, I asked the worker about the prices and she said they were up there. Okay, I get that I myself am I work at a restaurant and understand it can be a little annoying when the answer is right in front of their face and had still asked about it. So I said I couldn’t see it very well and she seemed pissed about it. She has listed them but spoke very quietly. I’m not hard at hearing, neither is my friend, but we both couldn’t hear what she had said. I said “could you repeat that please. Still spoke very quietly, the only thing I had heard her say was regular, so I just asked for a regular size. The rest of the questions she had asked about the what I wanted on the burrito was very quiet. When I asked her to repeat it, she looked pissed and my friend said she had a bit of a rude tone. Spoke up a little bit but couldn’t hear her that well still. When we were finished we just paid and left. Not a good experience, there are lots of people who come in to the restaurant I work at that are hard at hearing. If she continues that attitude and doesn’t speak up. Your business is...
